"If you don't put down your guns, I'll start killing one by one!"

The cook had a bald head covered in rough features, naturally fierce-looking, and his words had a kind of cold cruelty akin to that of Da Maozi, making one believe that he truly didn't value human life and would kill.

A border police officer slowly squatted down and put down his gun.

"I surrender!"

The domino effect quickly took shape.

One put down their weapon, then another followed suit.

At first, it was one, then two, three...

In the end, everyone had put down their guns.

"Line up and co here! Co here! Take off all your gear, and lie down! Lie down properly! Any funny business and don't bla my gun for showing no rcy. You can bet, us four people, our four guns, let's see if we have more bullets or you have more lives!"

Actually, by this point, the border police officers had already lost the will to resist; their psychological defenses had collapsed long ago.

They were rely clinging to the hope that these rcenaries wouldn't dare to do anything to them here, thinking maybe they would retreat after taking the captives.

The entire squad of border police officers ca over and took off all their gear, such as ammunition belts, dumping them into a pile.

Only then did Song Heping confirm it was safe and stood up from behind the mound of earth.

Mist followed suit.

As they passed by Rabbani, Mist couldn't help but kick him in the butt.

Rabbani, who already had an injury on his butt, cried out in pain from the kick and imdiately knelt on the ground.

"Coward!"

Mist spat at him before walking over to Song Heping's side.

"Are you injured?"

He looked at Song Heping's chest, where so bloodstains were seeping through.

Song Heping looked at his shoulder, which also had bloodstains.

"Did you also get shot?"

Mist grunted, "Just got bitten by a mosquito accidentally."

Song Heping slowly walked toward the cook, unbuttoning his robe as he went to reveal the T-shirt underneath.

Raising his right hand was sowhat painful, indicating he had sustained an injury near the collarbone on the right side of his chest.

"Grey Wolf, co give a hand, I'm injured!"

Grey Wolf hurried over and took a look; seeing the injury was on the chest, he beca sowhat nervous, imdiately taking out a dical kit and using scissors to cut open Song Heping's clothes.

The wound was finally exposed.

"It's nothing serious!"

After seeing the wound clearly, Grey Wolf laughed.

He said to Song Heping, "Don't move, hold on!"

After these words, he took pliers, grasped sothing, and pulled hard.

Song Heping instantly winced from the pain.

"Fuck!"

"It's just a shard of a bullet stuck on top, didn't penetrate or damage the lung lobe."

Grey Wolf explained while getting out hemostatic powder and a dressing, sprinkling the powder on the wound and then applying the dressing.

"All done, we'll get it treated properly at the hospital when we get back."

Song Heping slowly moved his right arm.

Thankfully, although there was so dull pain, it was not as intense as before.

"Not bad, your skills."

Grey Wolf chuckled, "Of course, I've learned."

The cook called out to Grey Wolf, "Grey Wolf, co help! Tie them all up and throw them on the truck!"

Now, those border police officers were obediently lying on the ground, White Bear and Disaster Star watching over them with guns in hand, and Grey Wolf fetched a bunch of restraining straps from Abel and the others' vehicle—they weren't short on such things as border police officers.

"Lucky bastard, you have a hard life!"

He laughed disingenuously, looking at Song Heping's wound with a kind of schadenfreude, saying, "Finally got injured, huh?!"

Song Heping said, "Cook, do you want dead that much? If you want to be the company boss, I'll just give it to you, why wish for my death?"

"No no no!"

The cook quickly gestured with his hands.

He was very clear that the company owed its success to Song Heping.

What's so great about being the owner of a defense company?

Getting your hands on so cash is the most practical thing.

Being the boss, the legal person, that's just asking to take the bla.

Only idiots fight for that!

"Do you think I'd co to rescue you if I really hoped you were dead?"

"How are you nearby?" Song Heping asked.

"It's a long story, I've been waiting here for a full day." The cook turned to look at the border police lying on the ground: "What about them?"

"I suspect they're in cahoots with the Revolutionary Brigade. It's too damn coincidental that they were blocking this spot early in the morning to stop ."

He walked over to Abel: "Do you know people from the Revolutionary Brigade?"

Abel kept silent.

Song Heping said, "Let tell you, soon people from the Revolutionary Guard Special Brigade will co to pick up, and then a helicopter will take to the military camp to et with the highest commander of the Special Brigade. We'll sit down and have tea, and then you'll be thrown into the most secure prison, possibly attended by a prosecutor, or perhaps by individuals from the Revolutionary Guard Special Brigade."

He paused before saying: "How did you get the news that I'd be here? This will definitely be investigated thoroughly. You can't hide from it, and you should know the thods of those Revolutionary Guard people. If you cooperate, I guarantee I can plead for you, maybe even save your life. If you don't talk, I'll make sure they take good care of you, let you experience the most painful interrogation thods in the world."

Abel broke out in a cold sweat.

He suddenly realized he had caused a major disaster and had ssed with soone he shouldn't have.

He also suddenly understood why these rcenaries dared to kill people here, dared to fire at their own people.

The Revolutionary Guard Special Brigade, in the ard forces of Persia, is a top-tier entity, the private army of the highest bigshot, with special privileges.

Falling into their hands...

Thinking of this, Abel felt his vision darken, and he was filled with despair.

"I'll tell... I'll tell... It was Kawasi who sent here to intercept you."

"Who's Kawasi?"

"The assault team leader of the Revolutionary Brigade."

"Oh! So where are they now?"

"On their way here, arriving soon."

"Hmm... not bad, reasonably honest. How many of them are here in this area?"

"There are over a thousand in the highland region, but I'm not sure exactly how many are involved in searching for you this ti."

"Very well."

Song Heping stood up and asked the cook: "You brought the satellite phone, right? Let use it."

The cook handed the satellite phone to Song Heping.

Song Heping dialed the number of Naxin, the commander in charge of this operation: "Tell Avanti, I have a big gift for him."

"Song, is that you?" Naxin's voice sounded sowhat excited: "The cook said they found you, don't worry, I'm already arranging the helicopter, it will be there soon, I'll also get to the scene in about fifteen minutes."

"Imdiately notify Avanti, tell him to dispatch forces from the Special Brigade or regular army forces nearby to Awaz, I have a big gift for him."

"What big gift?"

"Aren't you guys annoyed by the drug smuggling in the highland areas? Don't you always want to exterminate the Revolutionary Brigade?"

"That's true, but they're cunning. Every ti we encircle them, if they can't beat us, they retreat back to Pakistan or Afghan territory, and we can't cross the border."

"No need to cross the border, this ti they'll deliver themselves right to us."

"Really?!"

"Really! Arrange for more manpower, I estimate the opponents have a thousand people."

"No problem! There's a mountain battalion near Awaz, I'll direct them over!"

"Good, I'll wait for you here. You got the GPS coordinates from the cook, right?"

"Correct, will be there soon!"

After hanging up, the cook ca over and asked, "So? Still want to help them wipe out bandits? Not charging them a fee?"

Song Heping said, "Isn't it good to owe soone a favor? Besides, they've helped out big ti this ti. Think of it as doing them a favor in return. We might need to rely on the relationships here in Persia in the future."
