On the field, blood dripped from the blades of the swordsn, pattering onto and splashing into the mud.

Song Heping made an estimate.

There were at least two companies of Salafi Ard Soldiers in the area.

Quite a few of Aisade's n had already revealed murderous intent towards Song Heping.

A freakish leader naturally had freakish underlings.

Song Heping really detested these guys.

If possible, he wouldn't even blink an eye at exterminating them all.

But given the current situation, he could only temporarily conceal his desire to kill.

"Colonel, I'm doing this for your own good. Today, I am teaching your n how to use this air defense system, and among these people here, only my two engineers are familiar with this equipnt. If anything unexpected happens, the deal will be ssed up, and then I won't be able to explain it to the General when I return."

Song Heping looked down at the gleaming blade without even blinking.

He deliberately ntioned the deal and Peter.

This was a subtle reminder to Aisade to recognize the stakes and not let the blood rush to his head, thinking he was truly aweso.

Sure enough, after a few seconds of silence, Aisade suddenly burst out laughing and retracted the knife.

"Boss Song is a cautious man. I was just making a joke just now; you don't need to take it too seriously!"

He waved his hand: "You should let the two engineers go back to their rooms to rest!"

Mohamd and Aziz felt like they had just received a royal pardon, quickly standing up to return to their rooms, but their legs gave out, and they tumbled back into their chairs.

This made Aisade even more smug, laughing even harder.

When he laughed, his n followed suit, as if they had witnessed sothing hilarious.

Song Heping and Jiang Feng, among others, remained silent.

Being among a group of non-human freaks, indeed, there was nothing good to say.

Now his only thought was to get the deal done quickly and then leave this place. As for afterward, heh...

All of them had to die!

The bloody "ritual" endured for almost an hour and a half before it ended.

Back in his room, Jiang Feng paced around twice before kicking a chair across the room.

"Damn this freak!"

Song Heping advised, "Calm down. We're going to be dealing with these kinds of people a lot from now on, you'll have to bear with it even if you can't stand it."

Jiang Feng sighed deeply and said, "Old squad leader, selling arms to these people, isn't that..."

"What? Do you think it's abetting evil?" Song Heping sneered, "Do you think if we don't sell to them, nobody else will? Before us, there were people who already sold to them twice, but those shipnts got intercepted. Besides, between the French and the Aricans, which side do you think is more noble? Which one is more righteous?"

Jiang Feng scratched his head.

He had to admit that what Song Heping was saying was the truth.

On this land of Africa, who is just?

The French?

The Aricans?

Or those Salafi soldiers standing outside?

Or perhaps those governnt soldiers who were just beheaded?

As Song Heping said, who is nobler than the other?

There is none...

After breakfast, Song Heping took Mohamd and Aziz to give a lesson to the selected Salafi Ard Soldiers on how to use the SA-9 air defense missile system.

The use of this system was not complicated. A complete combat system included a command vehicle, a radar detection car, and a launcher vehicle. The radar and command cars had already been delivered here, only the missiles had not yet arrived.

The radar detection system used the 9S16 "Flat Box," consisting of four antennas that provided omnidirectional 360-degree coverage. This provided aircraft approach warning for optical aiming equipnt and helped with target locking.

Typically, operation of the SA-9 air defense system involved the radar vehicle detecting the target, the command vehicle summarizing the data and deciding whether or not to attack, and the launcher vehicle firing two missiles at the target, using a twin-launch thod to increase the probability of destruction.

The Salafi soldiers generally lacked education, which resulted in extrely slow learning progress. Song Heping, who was watching, had already learned it, but not a single one of the Salafi soldiers had managed to.

By the end, Song Heping was irritated.

He had seen clumsy, but never this clumsy.

He could only resort to the teaching thod he learned in the dostic army—congregate all the soldiers learning the SA-9 system operations, select the best among them, focus on training a few who were more astute, and then have these few key mbers teach and guide the others.

This PLA teaching model was also highly effective in Africa. The operational skills, which Mohamd had believed would take at least a month to teach, were basically imparted in less than five days under Song Heping's instruction.

Of course, this basic operation was just that—basic, but not proficient.

On the sixth day, Song Heping invited Aisade to the training ground to inspect.

After a round of operations was completed, and those clumsy militants finally managed the entire process from search to launch, Song Heping secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

He simply did not want to spend another minute with the likes of Aisade.

Settle the accounts and leave.

This was the very thing Song Heping was most eager to do.

"Colonel, the training is also completed, and you've inspected the system and equipnt, no issues, right?"

"Hmm…"

Aisade nodded with satisfaction.

"Not bad, I think it's acceptable."

Upon hearing this, Song Heping's heart imdiately relaxed.

This transaction was completely different from what he had previously anticipated.

He used to think that selling arms was just about delivery, inspection, paynt hand in hand—clean and efficient, wasn't it?

It wasn't until he got into the arms trade himself that he realized, damn, even the arms business involved a series of troubleso matters including training and acceptance.

Especially with equipnt that had a relatively high technical content, the trouble was particularly great.

"Colonel, if you're satisfied, should we talk about the final paynt?"

Song Heping didn't want to continue the rambling conversation with Aisade and brought up the matter of settlent directly.

"The final paynt is no problem…"

Aisade was staring at the imposing launch vehicles, not even glancing at Song Heping.

"But I don't understand these missiles, I don't know how to operate them, I don't understand technology, I only look at results."

Upon hearing this, Song Heping imdiately sensed sothing was amiss.

This guy seed like he was about to pull so trick.

Finally, Aisade's gaze landed on Song Heping: "Results, understand? Boss Song?"

"What kind of result do you want?" Song Heping felt his patience being steadily drained.

Aisade said, "What's the best way to test effectiveness?"

Having said this, he even laughed.

Song Heping had to admit, a black man's teeth really were white.

"Please speak directly, Colonel. What exactly do you need to pay the final paynt?"

Song Heping was close to cursing on the spot.

In fact, he was well aware that the funds for the Salafi Ard were actually provided by the US Army's intelligence departnt.

To put it plainly, this equipnt was just a matter of left hand to right hand.

The reason Peter still let soone like him act as a middleman and play the role of a dark hand was rely for bookkeeping purposes.

"Real combat. Without real combat effectiveness, no matter how well you train on the training ground, I won't believe it." Aisade posed like an old hand in the ga: "Who knows if you're deceiving ? These goods are worth six million US dollars. You think you can just operate them at the training ground for show and take my money easily?"

Song Heping had countless 'grass-mud horses' galloping through his heart.

Aisade had thoroughly triggered his killing intent.

If before, he wanted to kill Aisade only to fulfill his promise to Dominic, now Song Heping wanted to get rid of this detestable person in front of him, even without Dominic's promise.

"Colonel, do you an you want live fire testing?" Song Heping said, "A single launch requires at least two missiles; equipnt costing two million a set, with most of the money spent on the missiles. Are you sure you want to do a live fire launch?"

"No." Aisade shook his head: "I'm not a wasteful person. What I an is, arrange a live fire test directly with the French Army."

"The French Army?"

Song Heping had a bad feeling about this.

Aisade seemingly intended to personally bring the SA-9 missile system to the front line, then lure the French Air Force into action and use the SA-9 missiles to shoot down their planes, creating a massive sensational effect.

For an ard organization, shooting down a French Air Force fighter jet would certainly make a big na for themselves.

But for Song Heping, this was once again beyond his expectations.

He had thought that after inspecting the equipnt and completing the training, he could take his n and leave.

Yet, the old fox Aisade actually wanted him to personally join him on the front line, using his own goods to shoot down French planes...

"Colonel, my responsibility is to deliver the intact weapons here. After the inspection, I'll take the final paynt and leave, which is only fair. You're asking us to join you on the front line and participate in your combat operations; that's not the rule. We're arms dealers, not your rcenaries."

"You were originally in the rcenary business, Boss Song." Aisade chuckled: "Don't think I don't know what you did in Illiguo."

Song Heping replied coldly, "Correct, I'm the owner of a PMC company, but I'm not employed by you."

With Song Heping pushing back firmly, Aisade's face turned quite ugly: "Boss Song, I still stand by my view. Co with us to the front line, and once we have tested your weapons, I will pay the final paynt imdiately. That's my rule. Even if you go to the General for coordination, my stance remains the sa, want to try?"

Looking at the extrely arrogant Aisade, there was a mont when Song Heping truly wanted to rush up and finish him off.

Even in such an environnt, it was still possible to deal with the arrogant guy in front of him; the only problem would be getting away afterwards.

Particularly since he had several n with him. He might dare to risk his life, but looking at Mohamd and Aziz, who had been scared stiff early in the morning, Song Heping had to force himself to calm down.

"OK, I'll comply with your rules."

Song Heping subdued the surging murderous intent, compromising: "I'll stay because I also know how to operate. I'll accompany you to the front line, but my n must leave. They've done their part. Colonel, you have no reason to keep them here to risk their lives with you! If you don't find my suggestion satisfactory, you can also call the General and see what he thinks and what he decides."

After finishing speaking, he took out his phone, dialed Peter's number, and thrust the screen in front of Aisade.
