The town was close to Mituas.

Communication was restored.

A Mi-171 helicopter swept across the sky, its lights flickering in the darkness.

Jiang Feng looked up into the sky, cautiously shrinking back into his camouflage suit.

He didn't know whose helicopter it was.

But his suspicions were aroused.

An hour ago, Song Heping had called to inform him that communication could be restored because intelligence shown that both the governnt army and the Aricans had pulled out of the operation.

At present, there was no pressure in the Ta Region, and Anthony was leading his remaining four hundred n southward, preparing to strike a blow behind the AUC forces.

The helicopter landed in an open field outside the town, and Jiang Feng picked up his surveillance device and looked at the target, seeing only one person walk out of the cabin, with no other accompanying personnel.

Once the person was on the ground, the helicopter quickly took off again, turned its nose toward the northwest, and disappeared into the night sky.

That person stood still for a while, then several ard AUC personnel ca over and took him into the small building housing their headquarters.

"Old squad leader, I think a guest seems to have arrived at the AUC headquarters."

"Who is it, could you see clearly?"

"I couldn't make him out, but there was only one person."

"I'd guess it's the liaison representative originally sent over to the governnt army headquarters."

He paused before adding, "Keep an eye on them, the bomber will be here soon, fifteen minutes later use a laser designator to guide the bomber on target."

"Roger that! No problem!"

An SU-24 raced across the jungles of Santa Barbara in southwestern Venezuela at a speed of 0.8 Mach.

Peterovich, sitting in the cockpit, glanced at the altiter, which now pointed at 200.

At this speed, in another five minutes, he would cross the Venezuelan border into Colombian airspace, fly over the Matavini Region between San Jose and Saint Rita, and about 300 kiloters west to reach the target area overhead.

"Alpha 1 to headquarters, I have crossed the Venezuelan border and encountered no interceptions."

"Received, fly according to planned route; the Venezuelan Air Force won't be active tonight, but be cautious after entering Colombian airspace. You must make a swift ingress and egress to keep clear of their military radar sweeps."

"Don't worry, at an altitude of 200 ters, I'm about to accelerate; they won't find that easily."

"There are many mountains near Mituas, watch your altitude, don't crash into one, we don't have AWACs to support you."

"You French need AWACs support; we Russians don't, there is no airspace we can't fly through."

Dominic was in charge of tonight's air raid operation, and Peterovich kept teasing the Frenchman as he stayed in contact.

Mocking the French was not just a British prerogative; all of Europe enjoyed it.

"The most accidents happen to you Russians! Be careful!"

"Don't worry, guaranteed no problem."

As he spoke, Peterovich glanced at the GPS navigator in front of him.

The plane had crossed the border line, entered Matavini airspace, and he imdiately pushed down the throttle, retracting the wings.

The numbers on the wing angle indicator slowly rose to 69, indicating that the plane's wings were swept back 69 degrees.

The speedoter's needle began to rotate slowly, quickly pointing to 1 Mach.

The SU-24 Fighter-Bomber featured variable-sweep wings, which could adjust the sweep angle according to flight needs to achieve the purpose of speed regulation.

This aircraft's wings could be adjusted at 16, 35, 45, and 69 degrees - 16 degrees for take-off and landing, 35 degrees for cruising, 45 degrees for maneuvering, and 69 degrees for supersonic or low-altitude high-speed penetration.

The SU-24 broke the sound barrier, and a ring of white mist exploded around the nose.

Peterovich felt as if a hundred kilograms of heavy stone had been pressed onto him, and his breathing beca rapid.

10 minutes later, he checked the GPS again.

There were only a re 100 kiloters left to the target.

Peterovich reminded the bombardier sitting behind him, "Yakov, focus!"

The co-pilot Yakov, responsible for dropping the bombs, raised his thumb: "On it."

Peterovich began to slow down and pulled the altitude up to 500 ters.

Mountains appeared before him, and he had to be cautious.

In theory, the radar on the aircraft cos with a warning system that emits an alert when there are obstacles ahead.

However, Peterovich now had no flight data support, nor assistance from an early warning aircraft, relying solely on manual operation, and even the GPS he used was civilian-grade.

Such conditions made low-altitude penetration a real test of a pilot's skills and experience.

For a pilot like him, it was not too difficult.

Back when Peterovich served in the Russian Air Force, he was grounded nurous tis due to multiple dangerous flights.

He enjoyed these thrilling flights, which made him feel as exhilarated as if he had drunk a bottle of vodka.

At 70 kiloters away from the Mituas airspace, Peterovich retracted the wings and reduced the speed.

He could not continue to maintain supersonic flight.

Because the ODAB-1500 had to be dropped at a speed below 1 Mach.

The speed quickly reduced to 0.8 Mach.

A few minutes later, a red dot made by a guiding laser indicator on a building appeared up ahead.

The aircraft then ascended to an altitude of 1,000 ters in the sky.

Yakov in the rear seat found the red dot marked by the laser guidance in the bomb sight.

When the aiming values reached the calculated requirents, Yakov pressed the bomb release button.

A 1.5-ton ODAB-1500 thermobaric bomb detached from the right-wing mount and floated leisurely towards the ground.

Because of the sudden release of the weight on one wing, the SU-24 shook slightly.

Peterovich imdiately regained control of the aircraft, adjusted the level, made a large turn in the air, and began to turn the nose of the plane.

After bombing the command center here, he was ordered to fly to a location 100 kiloters away in the Saint Rita Region to bomb a gathering place for AUC troops.

Before flying away, he wanted to see his own masterpiece.

About ten seconds after its flight, the ODAB-1500 released a huge white cloud formation at an altitude of about ten ters above the ground.

That was a special lethal aerosol inside the bomb, which was then detonated at the center of the massive cloud.

The aerosol cloud ignited instantly, releasing thousands of degrees of heat and the powerful force of 120 atmospheres.

Boom—

A flash of fireball then generated an even larger fireball.

The AUC headquarters located at the center of the explosion were engulfed in flas and could no longer be seen.

The rciless hand of the Grim Reaper swept across, crushing all buildings on the ground into pieces.

anwhile, Jiang Feng, a kiloter away, imdiately pulled his head back and took cover behind a huge rock.

"Get down!"

He yelled at the two reconnaissance team mbers beside him.

Soon after, he heard strange sounds coming from afar, heading rapidly toward them.
