"And would we use drones to monitor the battlefield during defense in actual combat?"

"Yes."

"There you go. We’re doing exactly what we’d do in real combat. How is this shaless?"

Rafael spread his hands and smiled, "But Black Demon doesn’t know that."

Gao Yang waved and said, "That’s their outdated thinking, not our shalessness."

Suddenly, Jansen shouted, "They’re on the move."

"From which direction?"

"The North!"

Gao Yang loudly commanded, "North, act according to the plan."

A dozen people quickly dispersed, setting up an almost impenetrable net for the Black Demon attackers.

Gao Yang used an exercise gun resembling a sniper type, and it was modeled after a bolt-action sniper rifle. It couldn’t shoot continuously and was limited to a firing speed, capable of only one shot every three seconds.

Gao Yang climbed onto the roof. He was on one side, Cui Bo on the other, while Jansen was slightly further back between them, ready to report Black Demon’s movents at any ti.

"The enemy has split into two groups, advancing straight along the S5 main road. They’re about to enter the H3 line. The enemy is regrouping into three groups, each with four people, already at H2 line, ready to appear."

A person poked their head out from the street corner. Gao Yang didn’t shoot. When two groups quickly appeared from both sides of the corner, Gao Yang still didn’t shoot. Not until the third group ca out from the corner did Gao Yang quietly command, "Fire!"

Gao Yang only fired one shot and then had no opportunity to shoot again.

Because within three seconds, all of Black Demon’s n were dead.

A group of people trailing colored smoke looked bewildered on the street. After a mont, Black Demon’s old man waved his hand, and they turned and walked away.

When Black Demon’s people were out of sight, Jansen loudly said, "They’ve retreated to their starting point."

Eileen raised her arms and shouted, "Yay! Black Demon wiped out!"

Frey cheered along, and Albert followed suit. Gao Yang frowned and yelled, "Quiet down and act your age! This is only the first ti. We need to obliterate Black Demon ten tis to count. What’s there to be excited about?"

After saying that, Gao Yang turned and smiled broadly, loudly adding, "But it sure does feel good. Being stomped on ten tis and finally getting to take pride, it feels great, doesn’t it?"

Jansen loudly commanded, "Retrieve the drone, conserve power."

Satan’s victory, and a resounding one at that, was because they had complete control over Black Demon’s movents, while Black Demon didn’t even know all their actions were in Satan’s sights.

Black Demon was indeed formidable, but they were also limited by their era. When Satan used reconnaissance thods with which they were unfamiliar, Black Demon was utterly defeated.

Back in the eighties, they had drones, but they were just in their infancy. Most importantly, there was no technology for real-ti data transmission back then. Even reconnaissance planes had to be piloted by soone who took photos, landed, developed the film, and printed the pictures. Real-ti monitoring like today was unthinkable.

In conclusion, Black Demon lost because they had fallen behind the tis, while Satan won due to technological advancent. (To be continued.
