Gao Yang is certainly making things difficult, the ti is already quite tight, and it’s about to be ten in the morning. Liang Dong needs to steam a pot of buns in less than an hour and a half, without flour, and still not delay the regular cooking.

This was definitely not feasible.

However, Gao Yang didn’t really want to eat buns; he just wanted to see how far Liang Dong could go under extre circumstances.

Liang Dong looked at the clock hanging in the kitchen, then at the half-washed chicken wings, pondered briefly, and imdiately said, "Okay."

As soon as he finished speaking, Liang Dong wiped his hands on his apron, turned around, and ran out.

Liang Dong really dashed out at a blistering pace, sprinting wildly, while Joseph instantly reached out with one hand and touched the gun handle at his waist with the other, rushed into the kitchen like the wind, saw that Gao Yang was fine, and then let go of his lifted shirt, standing back in place as if nothing had happened.

Gao Yang walked out of the kitchen, and Karima, with a face full of surprise, said, "What’s going on? Why did Liang Dong run out?"

"Oh, he’s short on ti."

Casually replying, Gao Yang pointed to the dining chair and laughed, "Is there any convenience store or supermarket nearby? Let’s sit down and wait patiently."

Karima shrugged and said, "There’s a large supermarket twenty minutes by car, what’s up?"

Gao Yang glanced at his watch and smiled, "Nothing, I’m afraid I won’t get to eat what I want."

No sooner had he finished speaking than Gao Yang heard the sound of an engine starting up outside, then he exclaid in surprise, "A motorcycle?"

Karima scratched her head and said, "Liang Dong seems to have a motorcycle for transportation."

If there’s a motorcycle, then Liang Dong might just make it in ti, so Gao Yang looked at the ti again, nodded, and said, "Alright, maybe he can be a bit quicker then."

But it was less than five minutes later when Gao Yang heard the rumble of a motorcycle again, and Liang Dong once more rushed in like the wind, carrying a plastic bag.

The plastic bag was, of course, filled with flour. Seeing Liang Dong bringing back a bag of flour, Gao Yang was quite surprised and asked, "Where did you buy it? How did you get it so quickly?"

"Pizza place!"

With that one sentence, Liang Dong dashed into the kitchen, took out a tal basin, poured in so of the flour, and then started to wash his hands.

Gao Yang put on a mask and returned to the kitchen, saying nothing, just watching what Liang Dong was doing.

Liang Dong worked incredibly fast. After washing his hands, he took another bowl, mixed so warm water, poured in so yeast powder, stirred it for a while, and then started adding water to the flour.

After mixing the water and flour evenly, Liang Dong covered the tal basin with a cloth and then placed it in the oven on the side, set the temperature, and went back to continue washing the chicken.

Washing the chicken quickly, picking them all out and draining them in the bowl, Liang Dong started cutting the chicken breast into cubes and then took each chicken wing and cut it.

When Liang Dong had almost dealt with the chicken, he put down his work again, ran back to the oven, took out the dough basin, and started kneading the dough right away.

Gao Yang noticed that Liang Dong never looked up at the clock.

But after half an hour of high-temperature ferntation, the dough in the basin had already started to expand.

Quickly kneading the large dough into smaller doughs, shaping them into buns, Liang Dong put the buns back into the basin and then into the oven.

Do buns need a second proofing? Gao Yang was not sure about this, and in his impression, buns need a long ti to fernt. He wasn’t sure if Liang Dong’s thod could save so ti.

Liang Dong continued preparing his dishes, as well as rice; in any case, Liang Dong was like a spinning top, never stopping, and whatever he did, he had to run around the kitchen.

He put the rice in the pot to steam, prepared all the main and auxiliary ingredients needed for the dishes, and then, while working, Liang Dong suddenly put down his work again and ran to take the buns out of the oven again. This ti he directly put the buns in the pot to steam.

Mixing the salad, starting to boil Coca-Cola chicken wings, then stir-frying cauliflower, and then stir-frying Kung Pao chicken. After finishing each dish, Liang Dong would personally plate it and place it in a heat-preserving basin, and yet, no matter how busy he was, everything was in perfect order, not chaotic at all.

Finally, Liang Dong carried out all the dishes to the dining room, took the rice pot to the dining room, then opened the lid, took out a drawer of buns from the pot one by one, placed them on a plate, and when he put them in front of Gao Yang, Gao Yang looked up at the clock in the kitchen, six seconds to eleven-thirty.

Gao Yang glanced at his watch, then smiled and said, "Not bad, but you’re three seconds slow, my ti is the standard."

Holding the plate, Liang Dong calmly said, "My ti is the standard, my clock is accurate to the second."

Gao Yang tapped his watch and laughed, "My watch is incredibly accurate; it’s worth tens of thousands of US dollars."

Liang Dong confidently said, "My clock is accurate to the second, I have great confidence."

Gao Yang shrugged and said, "Alright then, we’ll find out soon, follow ."

There were already people having als in the dining room. Most people were seeing Gao Yang for the first ti, so they were curious about his identity, but Karima did not introduce Gao Yang’s identity, just greeted colleagues.

After Liang Dong put the buns on the dining table, Gao Yang went to get a plate, served himself so food, and sat back down at the table, then took a bun with one hand and took a bite.

Chewing, Gao Yang nodded and said, "A bit sour, a bit small, not enough ferntation ti, the dough didn’t rest enough, but I like sour buns; you pass, not bad."

After having another bite of the dish, Gao Yang nodded and said, "Kung Pao chicken and Coca-Cola chicken wings are a bit sweet, but foreigners have that taste, you’ve passed too."

After finishing, Gao Yang took out his phone, checked the precise ti, and compared it to his watch, then nodded again, smiled, and said, "Internet ti is accurate; my watch was nine seconds fast, so, in terms of ti, you passed too, six seconds ahead."

Gao Yang sat eating, Karima sat beside him, Liang Dong sat across from him, and Joseph stood behind him, but all four were focused on every word Gao Yang said.

After Gao Yang finished speaking, Liang Dong confidently said, "I told you, my clock is absolutely accurate to the second."

Gao Yang put down the bun, looked at Liang Dong, and said, "Then the last question, why do you want a higher inco?"

Liang Dong rubbed his eyebrows, thought for a while, and then said softly, "I have reasons to need money, but to put it simply, it’s just because of greed."
