The waiter swallowed hard, withdrew his hand, and said in a trembling voice, "Shopkeeper, it's that little pet talking." He pointed to the little white pet coming down the stairs, his heart pounding.
A talking pet? What kind of rank is that? The shopkeeper looked toward the staircase and saw the little pet glance at them, then walk out.
"Did you hear that right? Is it really talking?" The shopkeeper's expression changed, and he couldn't help but confirm again.
"Yes, I heard right, it's talking." The second waiter nodded in bewildernt.
