A chill shot up from her feet, piercing straight to her heart with a sharp whizz. The bone-chilling cold engulfed her entire being, plunging her into an abyss. Behind her, cold sweat seeped out, and every hair on her body stood on end. In that mont, her throat felt as if gripped by a ghostly hand, leaving her unable to breathe, frozen in place.
