While there had been no big changes in the strength of the Beastn under Zhou Tian during these thousand years, so elites had indeed erged from the crowd.
Although on the whole it can’t be said that Zhou Tian’s forces had beco stronger, with a thousand years to understand his subordinates better, finding replacents for the minor Boss Positions in the future battles would likely be easier for Zhou Tian.

Monsters cannot cultivate on their own, and even a strong individual like Zhou Tian could only make reasonable use of his own power; he cultivated tactics, but couldn’t increase the strength of his power.
Therefore, for monsters who couldn’t autonomously increase their strength and yet possessed endless lifespans, ti was never enough to bring about any change.
But unlike Monsters, much less needs to be said about NPCs.
They were an exception in this Epoch.
Although lacking ans for eternal life, given their power and longstanding opposition to the original Ten Thousand Clans Alliance despite always being at a disadvantage, their strengths and weaknesses were well understood.
While they could not have eternal life, NPCs could enhance their strength through cultivation.
A thousand years may seem fleeting to Monsters, but without the limitation of nearby Monsters, those sa thousand years might suffice to create an extrely formidable NPC force.
Compared to NPCs, the remnants in the Ancient Ruins Space were better off, but another force had been much easier to develop over this thousand-year period.
