Amazing is certainly amazing. With Zhou Tian’s ability, he directly evolved the angels from four-winged to eight-winged. Consequently, even though Zhou Tian fulfilled his promise and granted the angels greater power, their behavior could not be described as friendly.

Otherwise, if not for the significant allure Zhou Tian’s direct enhancent from a four-winged to an eight-winged angel posed to the group, they might have fallen out with him due to his actions.
As for the angels’ mindset at that ti, Zhou Tian wasn’t entirely unaware, but even knowing everything, he had no good solution.
Zhou Tian personally did not have any aversion to Light Energy, and since the angels were Light creatures, even allowing them to maintain their original attributes did not pose any problems for him. However, the issue was that the Abyss World itself was a dark-attribute world. By enhancing the angels through the Power of the Abyss World, it was inevitable that regardless of their original attributes, the energy infection from the Abyss World would transform them into dark creatures.
