The beggar Zhou Tian selected was only eleven or twelve years old, but due to longstanding malnutrition, he looked as if he was only eight or nine years old.
During the food distribution, beggars like him would naturally be targets first. Yet this little beggar was quite fierce. When other beggars targeted him, he fought till he was seriously injured, blinding one beggar. His fierce attitude scared other beggars away, allowing the little beggar to preserve his food with weak strength.
If it had only been like this, Zhou Tian would simply have rembered the little beggar and would lend him a hand when necessary. But without passing other trials, Zhou Tian still wouldn’t consider him a suitable inheritor.
