Yang Fei smiled bitterly, never expecting to be detained by the police on his first day at Kelmmas.

However, Yang Fei wasn't worried; instead, he was glad to find clues.

Harris framing Yang Fei so blatantly suggests he has sothing to hide.

Yang Fei was troubled with finding his missing Hongn Sect disciples, and now he had a lead through this police chief.

Yang Fei's identity was that of a Huaxia tourist holding a Huaxia ID.

Kelmmas would never blatantly target a lawful Huaxia traveler.

Even if Yang Fei broke the law, he should have been handed over to the Huaxia Embassy at Handi Ridge.

Thus, Yang Fei believed the other party bribed Kelmmas to detain him at the police station just to stabilize him.

This clearly indicated they were orchestrating a major conspiracy and didn't want him to interfere.

As for Police Chief Harris, he was just a compliant dog.

Yang Fei understood this, sizing up the police escorting him.

Yang Fei was certain these officers were ordinary n, and leaving would be easy for him.

The police car, sirens blaring, swaggered grandly down the street.

Police Chief Harris had hardly bagged a new triumph, eager to show off his prowess to the town's residents.

The police car stopped outside the detention center, and as two officers opened its rear door, their eyes widened in surprise.

The Huaxia suspect inside had vanished without a trace.

Scattered inside were handcuffs snapped apart, chains broken into pieces.

Harris received a report from his n, hurriedly rushed over, and stared at the empty car, equally wide-eyed.

After a while, he finally shook off his shock.

"My God, terrifying Huaxia people, I feel this person must be an incredible magician."

He waved his hand, ordering the cops, "Speed up the search, be wary of his magic."

Nearby, Yang Fei was lying on a balcony, watching the frantic scene, and chuckled.

Harris had no idea he was a crucial clue, with Yang Fei surveilling him.

Half an hour later, the detainee thugs were surprisingly released.

Yang Fei watched from afar as small groups of thugs left one by one, smirking to himself.

This Harris was indeed targeting him, not capturing people for fa.

Harris didn't linger at the detention center; he left along with his police officers in three patrol cars.

At the instant the engine of Harris's police car roared to life, Yang Fei's figure, like wisps of smoke, clung to the undercarriage of the trunk.

The patrol car drove so distance, and suddenly, Harris got out, heading down a secluded alley sneakily.

Yang Fei followed closely behind.

Harris seed very familiar with the area.

He traversed the alley, crossed a garden square, and finally arrived at a relatively upscale residential area, entering inside.

Beneath a small building, Harris stopped, looked around, then stepped forward to ring the doorbell.

The doorbell chid twice, and a housekeeper ca forward to open the door.

Harris glanced back, then slipped inside.

In front of an old brass fireplace, a woman stood facing away.

Her black dress outlined her graceful figure.

Seeing the woman, Harris couldn't help but swallow hard.

His plump belly quivered twice, then he stepped forward and bowed to the woman.

"Lovely Miss Chen, I have arrived."

The woman turned around; her facial features dazzling like stars, with a refined and elegant deanor.

This woman was none other than the long-missing Chen Xingzhu.

Chen Xingzhu's expression was very calm, she looked at Harris indifferently.

"How did your tasks go?"

Harris shook his head with so difficulty.

"Sorry, I apprehended him, but he escaped halfway."

A sardonic gleam flashed in Chen Xingzhu's eyes, she shook her head slightly.

"I thought you could at least hold him for three hours, but you couldn't even manage ten minutes."

Harris, embarrassed, couldn't help eyeing Chen Xingzhu's vital assets.

"Miss Chen said last ti you'd have coffee with , do you have ti tonight?"

Chen Xingzhu looked at Harris half-smilingly, but her alluring eye waves were as if frozen.

She laughed, expressionless.

"Sorry, I don't have ti, and I won't have ti in the future either."

Harris stared in dismay at Chen Xingzhu.

"But you clearly promised …"

At so unknown point, a dagger appeared in Chen Xingzhu's hand, its icy gleam stinging Harris's eyes.

Harris instantly stepped back and dared not say another word, his face full of embarrassnt.

Chen Xingzhu looked at him coldly, finally sighed softly.

"Get lost, don't let see you again."

Harris, as if pardoned, bowed to Chen Xingzhu, then turned to leave.

Just then, Chen Xingzhu frowned slightly, sighed gently.

"No need, you won't escape, he's here."

Harris turned around startled and uncertain.

"So it was you, as I suspected, you are haunting forever."

A lazy voice sounded from the upstairs.

Yang Fei, clad in a camouflage suit, slowly descended the stairs.

Standing before the brass fireplace, Chen Xingzhu's expression remained unchanged, still very calm.

"Not seen for two months, you've gotten stronger."

Yang Fei smiled lightly at Chen Xingzhu.

"Not seen for two months, you've grown prettier."

He ca down the stairs, found an armchair, sat down, letting it spin blissfully twice.

Facing the fugitive, Harris suddenly drew a gun, aiming it at Yang Fei's head.

"You are now my suspect, I have the right to take you back."

Chen Xingzhu coldly sneered, her eyes full of mockery.

Yang Fei sat lazily, not even looking at Harris, stretching out his left hand to grasp at empty air.

A formidable force suddenly clamped Harris's throat.

Harris's body was inexplicably lifted into the air.

He felt hard to breathe, as though his throat had been clamped by pliers, he couldn't escape at all.

Yang Fei looked amused at Harris.

"Now, do you still want to arrest ?"

Faced with this powerful man, Harris's face was filled with terror, desperately gesturing.

Yang Fei casually released him.

Harris, as if a football kicked fiercely, directly fell from the second floor.

Yang Fei dusted his hands, calmly looked at Chen Xingzhu.

"Now with no one else, can we have a proper conversation?"

Chen Xingzhu silently looked at Yang Fei, with a peculiar expression, part admiration, part hatred.

But finally, her eyes were filled with admiration.

"I knew this foolish trap wouldn't fool you."
