"Hahaha... Soone’s coming to save you? Are you dreaming? Who dares to stick their nose in my business?" the man with the hook nose sneered, bursting into laughter. "Co with us imdiately, or I’ll have to kill the man and take the woman."
"Just stall for a bit longer. I’ve already sent a text to my brother-in-law. He’ll be here soon," Liu Ruoi whispered in Zhang Bin’s ear.
Stall my ass. I AM your brother-in-law. How could he possibly show up?
Zhang Bin inwardly lanted but continued angrily as per his plan, "I refuse to believe that evildoers can just run amok without being punished. I refuse to believe there are no Aotumans in this world."
"I’ll show you what an Aotuman is," the hook-nosed youth said as he suddenly drew his Longsword and viciously stabbed at Zhang Bin’s arm.
But just at that mont, a crisp sound rang out.

The hook-nosed youth was sent flying, crashing hard to the ground with a faint palm print on his face.
Liu Ruoi, the youth, and the burly man were all dumbfounded, their faces etched with disbelief.
What was going on? No one appeared, yet he was slapped?
"Thank you, Senior, for intervening. This junior is eternally grateful," Zhang Bin said with a mixture of surprise and gratitude, bowing respectfully toward the Void.
Could it be that so expert really made a move? Liu Ruoi and the burly man both wondered in astonishnt.
"Which bastard dares to oppose my Qingyun Sect?" the hook-nosed youth shouted as he rose to his feet. A formidable aura and oppressive force emanated from him, and his Sword blazed with two feet of Sword Qi.
His gaze swept around as he stepped toward Zhang Bin, each step leaving a deep footprint in the ground.
But after just two steps, he let out a pitiful scream.
He felt as if an invisible fist had materialized out of nowhere and brutally struck him in the eye. Luckily, he was on guard. He closed his eyes in ti and rolled quickly to the ground, which saved his eye from being ruptured.
Imdiately after, sothing even stranger occurred. It was as if an invisible man had arrived and was now relentlessly attacking the hook-nosed youth.
SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! The sound of fists hitting flesh rained down incessantly, striking the hook-nosed youth’s face, legs, groin, eyes, ears, nose, and other vital areas.
He almost got his balls crushed. Fortunately, the bastard was quick-witted enough to cover his crotch with both hands, otherwise he would have certainly beco a modern-day eunuch.
"Ahhh! Stop! Stop hitting ! rcy, please, have rcy!" the hook-nosed youth let out an utterly miserable cry.

Zhang Bin muttered to himself, pretending to be out of breath as he quickly chased after her. By the ti he reached the bottom of the mountain, Liu Ruoi was already in her car and about to drive off. "Ruoi," he said, exasperated, "tell , what did I do wrong to make you so angry?"
"You overacted," Liu Ruoi said with a cold sneer, rolling down the window. "You hired those six n, didn’t you? A nice trick. I can’t believe I fell for it."
"How could I have hired them?" Zhang Bin’s eyes widened, completely bewildered by what she was thinking. Has her head been kicked by a donkey?
"Those six n beat you so brutally, yet you don’t have a single scratch. It’s obvious you were all acting. I wasn’t suspicious at first, but when that youth appeared, I sensed sothing was wrong. The plan was for that bastard to haul us both away and lock us up together. Then you could take advantage of , maybe even do sothing that can’t be undone..."

Zhang Bin was so angry he almost spat blood as a myriad of curses raced through his mind.
I was planning on buying a house to live with my sister-in-law, but who knew it would all be for nothing? A complete misunderstanding.

Zhang Bin plopped down on the grass, gritting his teeth in frustration at Liu Ruoi. This sister-in-law was truly a piece of work, tornting him to no end.
His response had been quite clever. He hadn’t revealed any of his own strength or abilities and had successfully resolved the crisis with the hook-nosed youth.
But he couldn’t account for Liu Ruoi’s bizarre imagination. She loved to jump to conclusions and had imdiately decided that Chen Junheng had orchestrated the entire thing, even imagining a scenario where he would force himself on her. No wonder she was a police officer.
Sigh... It seems her real brother-in-law will have to step in and save the day.
Zhang Bin sighed, found a secluded spot to change back into his own clothes and equipnt, and then took out his phone to call Liu Ruoi.
