"Zhang Bin, do you have any more tricks up your sleeve?"
Edward wore strange gloves that possessed formidable defensive power. His left hand tightly gripped Zhang Bin's Flying Sword Blood Fang, and he watched Zhang Bin with a vicious smirk.
Zhang Bin really had no good options at this point. His Telekinesis was almost exhausted, and he could no longer control his sword from a distance. With Blood Fang seized by his opponent, he had no way to free it.
However, he didn't panic at all and simply had Tutu partially raise the iron cage. He then walked toward Edward, radiating a murderous aura.
Another Flying Sword suddenly appeared in his hand and swiftly transford into a three-foot-long Longsword. He gripped it tightly, looking at Edward as if he were already a dead man. With a strange laugh, he said, "Edward, do you think you still have a chance to live?"
"You actually have two Flying Swords?" Edward was infuriated, almost driven mad with rage.
Generally speaking, a Cultivator only has one Flying Sword. This was mainly because Flying Swords were too precious; any single one was worth more than one hundred billion USD. When Cultivators acquired extra Flying Swords, they usually traded them for other cultivation resources.
But what he didn't know was that Zhang Bin had a total of four Flying Swords—two acquired from the Island Nation, one as compensation from the Daoyi Sect, plus his Blood Fang, making it four.
Zhang Bin was just a farr with no sect and little connection to the cultivation world, so he had no way to trade his Flying Swords for treasures. He just kept them in his Space Ring. He even planned to give these Flying Swords to Liu Ruoi, Tian Bingbing, and Zhang Lele—of course, only after they reached the Golden Core Realm and were able to use them.
So how could Zhang Bin not have a spare Flying Sword?
Once a Cultivator had a Flying Sword in hand, even without the ability to control it remotely, it was an incredibly terrifying weapon. After all, even a Low-Grade Flying Sword was a Magical Treasure, extrely sharp and indestructible.
Although Edward was strong, his greatest asset was his Lightning Power. Now that it was depleted, he couldn't unleash his Thunderous Assaults. It would be difficult for him to gain any advantage against Zhang Bin, who was now ard with a Flying Sword. What was more troubleso was that his legs were broken, making close-quarters combat extrely inconvenient. On top of that, this was a cramped room where he still had to worry about the high-voltage electricity on the walls, the chanical arms, and the iron cage.
"Zhang Bin, if you think you can kill , you're dreaming. At worst, we'll just die together." A chilling light shot from Edward's eyes as he exuded a violent aura. In his hand, he tightly gripped a sharp axe.
"Kill…" Zhang Bin shouted, lunging forward like an arrow as his sword shot out.
Sword Shatter Foe!
SWISH!
Space itself nearly shattered as the icy tip of the sword reached Edward's throat in the blink of an eye.
"Get lost!"
Edward was powerful. His body snapped backward as the axe in his right hand swept out ferociously, smashing hard against the Longsword in Zhang Bin's hand.
CLANG!
A deafening sound rang out as sparks flew.
Zhang Bin felt an incredibly terrifying force surge through him. The flesh between his thumb and forefinger split open, dripping blood, and his entire arm went numb. He was sent flying backward through the air, crashing violently into the iron cage. It was fortunate that Tutu controlled the chanisms here and had cut off the high-voltage electricity in ti. Otherwise, that one blow would have ant a miserable death for Zhang Bin.
This showed just how fearso Edward's strength was. He truly possessed the power to kill a Golden Core Late Stage Cultivator.
However, Edward's current strength was a far cry from what it was in his pri. Without his legs, he had no way to dissipate the trendous recoil force. As a result, he too was sent flying, slamming hard into a wall.
BANG!
The walls were electrified and rigged with terrifying traps. But Edward was truly formidable. He quickly threw aside the captured Flying Sword and pushed off the wall with his gloved left hand, imdiately launching himself back. The glove on his left hand was surprisingly insulated, making him immune to the high voltage.
At the sa ti, he used his Telekinesis to fly up and swing his axe with full force at Zhang Bin's neck.
WHOOSH!
With a flash of cold light, the axe appeared to decapitate Zhang Bin. No, that wasn't right—it was rely an afterimage. He had suddenly rolled away with incredible speed, as agile as a civet cat.
While dodging, he leaped up, his sword erupting in a myriad of cold light. He launched an attack as fluid and relentless as rcury spilling across the floor. This ti, he did his best to avoid a direct clash with his opponent's axe. He had realized that the man's strength far surpassed his own and that the axe was also a specially made Low-grade Magical Treasure, extrely hard and sharp.
It was a pity he couldn't grab his Middle-Grade Flying Sword in ti; otherwise, a single strike could have shattered the axe.
Undeterred, Edward furiously swung his axe, engaging in a fierce battle with Zhang Bin. Although he was much stronger than Zhang Bin, fighting while floating in mid-air without his legs was awkward. For a mont, he surprisingly couldn't gain the upper hand.
CLANG!
Finally, the axe and sword collided once more. Both n were sent flying—Zhang Bin because he couldn't withstand the imnse force, and Edward because he had no way to brace himself in the air.
BOOM!
Zhang Bin slamd into the wall, spitting a mist of blood from his mouth. That last axe strike had been terrifying, containing an overwhelming amount of power.
"Die!" Edward pushed off the wall with one hand, sorsaulting forward to slash his axe toward Zhang Bin's chest.
Zhang Bin rolled away to dodge.
BOOM!
The axe struck the ground, creating a deafening crash. The massive rebound force sent Edward flying toward the ceiling.
WHIR!
Tutu seized the opportunity. An iron cage was suddenly released from above, smashing down hard on Edward.
Edward's expression changed drastically. He struck the cage with a backhand swing of his axe.
CLANG!
Sparks flew, and bolts of electricity erupted. The terrifying high voltage coursed through the axe and into Edward's hand. The glove was impressive, blocking the current from passing through. However, the blinding flash of light completely obscured Edward's vision. He wasn't a Cultivator and hadn't developed Divine Sense.
Zhang Bin seized this once-in-a-lifeti opportunity. With a quick roll, he reached Blood Fang, snatched it up, and swiftly channeled his True Qi into it. Blood Fang began to glow with a red light, rapidly growing larger and longer.
"Die!" Zhang Bin shouted excitedly, leaping high into the air and bringing the sword down fiercely on Edward's back.
"It's you who will die."
Edward was, after all, an incredibly formidable master. His eyes had already adjusted to the flashing sparks. Raising the axe high with both hands, he brought it down with full force onto Zhang Bin's Longsword.
He was absolutely certain he could knock Zhang Bin's Longsword away and then smash his head to pieces
