Zhang Bin also roared with laughter. "This is great! I never expected that retreating through the third exit would have such an advantage. Now the Genetically Enhanced Humans won't be driven to desperate asures. China handled this perfectly by pretending nothing happened. Of course, Leader Number 3 brought two incredibly powerful experts with him: Zhou Tianyu and Zhang Hangkui. He was also accompanied by several masters, including Master Tianlong, who had reached the Late Gold Core Realm and the Great Perfection stage.
President Faulkner received Leader Number 3 in a secure room.
Naturally, President Faulkner also had extrely powerful bodyguards: two SSS-level Genetically Enhanced Humans and two SSS-level Supernatural Experts.
However, they all left their bodyguards outside the room.
Arica's highest-ranking general, General Mikemay, and Secretary of State Griffin also attended the eting.
Needless to say, none of them were Genetically Enhanced. After all, with Arica's current technology, the success rate for Genetic Enhancent was still too low—only one percent. Leader Number 3's expression beca exceedingly grave. "Gentlen," he said, "my visit this ti is of great significance. I am here to save your country, and to save all of humankind."

The three Aricans were stunned for a mont, then bent over, clutching their stomachs in uncontrollable laughter, almost choking. It had been years since they had laughed so hard. Had China's Leader Number 3 co here to perform a cody routine?
"Old friend, are you telling a joke?" President Faulkner finally managed to stop laughing, looking at Leader Number 3 as if he were an idiot.
Leader Number 3's expression remained just as serious. He said solemnly, "First, let speak about the Xing Yue civilization. I presu you are all well aware of it?"
The Xing Yue civilization? How could we not know? A base built by the Xing Yue civilization 2.3 billion years ago is still operating beneath our very own Las Vegas. The three top Arican officials thought to themselves almost in unison, and so they all gave slight nods.
"The Xing Yue civilization was extrely advanced," Leader Number 3 continued coldly. "They even developed sub-light speed spaceships and ventured beyond the Solar System. Their technology was far more advanced than our own. But how did the Xing Yue civilization go extinct?"
"We have been researching the cause of the Xing Yue civilization's extinction for a long ti, but we haven't found the answer yet. Don't tell your country has?" President Faulkner said in surprise.
"Our country recently unearthed a small relic belonging to the Xing Yue civilization. From it, we recovered a still-operational AI that contains the records of why their civilization was destroyed. Co, let's all take a close look together. This is a top-level international secret. Maintaining its secrecy is a matter of survival for all humankind." Leader Number 3 took a palm-sized AI from his bag and placed it on the table.
The faces of President Faulkner, General Mikemay, and Secretary of State Griffin turned extrely serious. They personally went to inspect all the specially-made doors and windows, and only after confirming there were no issues did they return to their seats.
In truth, the secure room was specially constructed; not even Tutu could infiltrate it. It was naturally impossible for any sound to leak out. Even if sound did escape, with experts like Zhou Tianyu and Zhang Hangkui outside, they had ways to block any noise. The Genetically Enhanced Humans would not be able to hear a thing.
Leader Number 3 said softly, "Xiao Hui, please play the docuntary on the cause of the Xing Yue civilization's extinction."
Apparently, China had nad the AI Xiao Hui.
Xiao Hui responded in a gentle voice and imdiately activated, projecting a brilliant light that ford an incredibly realistic 3D image.
The three Arican leaders grew even more solemn, their eyes wide as they stared at the lifelike 3D imagery. They knew this was a genuine AI from the Xing Yue civilization, identical to the one they had found in their base. The only difference was that theirs did not contain the records of the civilization's downfall.
The 3D imagery was majestic. It began by ticulously describing the era in which the Xingyue people lived and the great achievents of their civilization.
On Earth, towering skyscrapers rose from the ground everywhere, and their cities were vastly larger than those of the present day. There were no highways or railways on the surface. The skies were filled with flying cars, spaceships, and personal Flying Vessels. By simply wearing a special belt, a person could fly with ease.
Their Cosmic Spaceships explored every planet in the Solar System. They even ventured beyond it, into the Milky Way Galaxy.
Such a brilliant civilization, developing towards the stars—isn't that what we Aricans plan to do in the future?
The expressions of the three Arican leaders beca animated with excitent.
Soon, the AI began its explanation: "The Xingyue people decided to develop towards the stars. They wanted to leave Earth, to leave the Solar System. They sought to explore the mysterious universe and find a second or even a third Earth. The factors limiting their exploration of space were the speed of their Cosmic Spaceships and the length of a human life. Thus, in addition to striving to increase the speed of their ships, they also focused on researching themselves. They developed Gene Enhancent Technology to make themselves stronger while also prolonging their lifespans…"
The scene shifted. Inside a magnificent base, countless people were undergoing Genetic Enhancent. Their gene technology was indeed quite good; the mortality rate was not especially high, at only thirty percent.
And so, vast numbers of Genetically Enhanced Humans were created…
