Act 2

"Felix?"

They stared down at the Nekomata facing them with her two kittens perched on the tree above. Her ear twitched, her eyes seed focused and clear, her posture stood slightly hunched ready for a fight. Felix swallowed heavily, feeling the cool air of the outside wilderness began to take effect, it's breeze passing through his skin.

He needed to do sothing, and fast.

Felix pushed his hand out in front as a precaution, triggering the kitties to ow and drop from the tree onto the soft grass. His wide yellow eyes scanned around them, no sign of KuliKuli. Where is she? Is Janette safe?

"Reta."

"Hai?"

"Go check on Janette for . I'll keep here, keep these kitties company."

She drew in breathe before he turned back and interrupted her. "Now Reta, go now. Maybe KuliKuli is there, if not... l-lock the house and stay in. Don't wait for ."

Reta paused, stunned upon hearing such words.

"I'm not asking again Reta!"

He must be the dumbest naive idiot left alive.

Suddenly the other cats leapt from their position, surrounding them before slowly transforming into their Nekomata form. There were three of them total now, three Nekomata's with the newer two looking to be in their young adulthood. The head cat seed more mature in age and appearance whilst still retaining her beauty. None of them have heard of clothes so the sets of tits were a nice feature if only they weren't in trouble at the ti.

The older one spoke first, her sharp eyes staring into Felix's own.

"No one is going anywhere. You! I recognize those eyes but I am unsure of what this implies."

She inched closer with careful steps, exposing herself as she stepped into the moonlight to reveal her nude figure. One could tell that this woman was older from the mature appearance of her face. He guessed that this woman was perhaps twice his age, around her forties. But he was captivated by her piercing green eyes staring so deeply into his soul, fearing for his life whilst his feet felt implanted into the ground. His thoughts lingered around a more troubling implication as there was no denying what their appearance could an.

He breathed in deep, freeing his hand behind him in an attempt to relax, focusing on that familiar tingling feeling and concentrating its energy toward his palm. Reta took notice of this, keeping her eyes facing forward while inching closer to his side. They were not prepared for this fight or for any of that matter.

But they were not afraid either.

"Whatever it is you want with her, it's not happening. KuliKuli stays with , now let her go." Felix made his demand clear as he glared back at the closest and seemingly oldest of the three Nekomata.

She raised her eyebrow, intrigued and confused all the sa. "I don't know who this KuliKuli is, we're here for Nityri. We're saving her from the likes of you."

"That's right, it should be us who demand you to free her!" Another Nekomata chid in with a low growl.

Felix looked to Reta before responding, "We don't know anyone by that na, but I see this ans you don't have KuliKuli."

"Don't lie to !" She shouted back, stepping forward as he tensed up. "I am no fool, any mother would recognize her daughters eyes, now tell where she is! You mated with her, evidently enough. Now talk!"

"I... uh...Daughter?" He blinked, followed by a quick gasp from Reta. This was t with a snark from both cat girls behind their mother.

"What, you an KuliKuli? You're her mother!?"

This alerted them, lifting their ears and diverting their eyes towards Norowa Reta.

"Kuli... Kuli?" Spoke the youngest looking Nekomata with green eyes.

"That's... what? No, you couldn't have paired with her!" The yellow-eyed one exclaid.

Reta and Felix glanced to each other before staring back at them.

The mother of the two sighed, wagging her two tails behind her before twitching the end of both of them in a manner to which they responded with silence. She closed her eyes and inhaled deeply as her deanor changed from poised to frustration. Felix took a mont to observe how very similar her figure seed, almost like a split image of KuliKuli, only a bit older. A few subtle differences such as her waist size, thighs and chest beca apparent but still, more similarities than differences were certain. He could tell now without a doubt what she claid must be true.

He was now speaking to KuliKuli's mother.

She sucked in her lips as her eyes glanced between both him and Reta, deciding on what to say next.

"KuliKuli, I see. Is that what you call her?"

"That's her na, I gave it to her." Felix replied, "She had lost her mory when I found her-"

"Liar! You kidnapped her and did lots of an things to her!" The youngest one snapped back, hissing upon ending her sentence baring her sharp teeth. Her sibling held her hand and gave it a soft squeeze, with the mother once more taking authority.

"Do excuse my daughter, she tends to be quite... sporadic, with her emotions. Her period is kicking in."

"Mom!" The Nekomata gasped.

She turned back to her and gave her a stern look. "Please behave yourself Syri, you're making a scene."

"No, we were looking for her. She ca here sowhere." He explained.

Reta stepped in. "Yes, she went in pursuit of a white cat. I expected it was one of you three."

The smallest Nekomata, the one nad Syri, chuckled nervously as she fumbled with her tails. "She was following , yes. I-I ant to bring her here, mother. But... she stopped so suddenly and... well, I think she went back."

"You don't think she spotted Na'Vi?" The second Nekomata leaned to her mother to ask.

"There's a fourth?"

All eyes shifted to the Felix, who seed nervous yet determined to stand his ground.

He released the Genki in his hand under the belief that the hostility had died down between them. "I have so many questions but right now I only seek to find KuliKuli and now you say there is a fourth."

The mother nodded calmly in return. "Yes, Na'Vi. We sought to rescue Nityri and Na'Vi would stay behind until my daughter was returned safely, should any problems arise. But seeing that you two have mated... she won't take this revelation so kindly."

"You don't think..." Felix paused, his eyes growing wide before looking up to Reta.

"Janette!"

The beating in her chest grew louder, her face feeling hotter but soon enough her hands felt the cool feel of polished wood before pushing the doors closed. Leaning her forehead against the door, she drew what she feared may be one last breath. That presence could be heard growling behind her as she prayed for soone to rescue her.

THUD!

Her reaction was not quick enough, she found herself pressed against the door, gasping for breath as a paw slamd to her right and narrowly missed her ear. She locked eyes with this intruder in front of her, snarling and baring her fangs in return. Her yellow eyes stared back, her snarl hinting toward malicious intent, and the dark fur on her body covered her forearms and ankles in sheer contrast to her paler human skin. She was a bit taller in height, sothing she used to her advantage as she looked down on her, making Janette shrivel in fear.

Without a doubt, she found herself in the presence of another Nekomata.

She leaned forward inch by inch, closing the gap that lay between the two won. Jeanette felt a sense of panic rush into her, her mind filled with shock and question after question. At last a cloud of thought surmised at a slight fact she had read in her studies upon Nekomata's; they are nonviolent creatures unless a mate or family is being threatened. Plus her claws were not out either so you know, there's also that.

Sssnnniiiiiiifffffff!

"You." She growled, her nose a few centiters away as their eyes remained connected, never blinking. "You have soone's scent on you, and that soone is important to us. I don't suppose you've seen another Nekomata but shorter, brown patches on her white fur, a bit ditzy and full of high spirits?"

Janette's lower lip quivered before speech ca to mind. Did she say us? "W-What's she to you?"

"Heh, what's she to ? She's many things to , and right now she has been missing for months. This place has her scent all over, I can sll it. Now tell where you are keeping her trapped or else."

Janette yelped and closed her eyes once the Nekomata placed her paw against her chest, gently and only to display her sharp claws.

"Where is she?"

Janette found it difficult to swallow, feeling herself within reach of this Nekomata's claws made it quite difficult to answer her. The cool feel of the night wind brushed her shoulder sending a chill down her spine, feeling all the hair on her stand on its edge.

"W-what?"

"Don't be so skittish, don't even try to weasel your way out of this, human. Tell where she is and you just might live to rember this as one bad dream."

Her eyes never moved, keeping a firm stare into her own which made her all the more intimidating. She could feel the anger behind her voice, feel the tension in her moves and read all the emotions she was struggling to keep back. Janette was kept in a state of turmoil, unable to think and process clearly at this mont.

"N-No."

"What!" She yelled, frightening Janette as she raised her trembling hands.

"I-I said no," She answered in a whimper, squeezing her eyes shut. "Do your worst but I'm not about to put her or anyone else's life in danger."

She braced herself, holding her breath and waiting for this Nekomata to make her move.

SLAM!

Janette squealed, hyperventilating as the Nekomata slamd her paw next to her head.

"Where is she!?""RAAAAWWR!!"

KuliKuli pounced from the side tackling the intruder onto the ground and away from her friend. Both girls were sent rolling before catching themselves, with KuliKuli quick on her feet and baring her own claws. The intruding Nekomata opened her eyes wide with alarm before being tackled once more, tumbling down and into the other room.

Janette crawled to the opposite room, the dining room, clutching her head and screaming when one cat girl slamd onto the table. Panting, she attempted to crawl under the table while catching a glimpse of the ensuing chaos happening around and above her. A frenzy of snarls and yells happened frequently, ending when the intruder crashed through the window sending shards of glass everywhere. A pair of white tails wrapped themselves around one of the dining chairs before it was flung over the table and toward the Nekomata's direction. She ducked in ti and followed with a fierce pounce, kicking herself off the ground and catching KuliKuli in her grasp.

Janette hurried into the kitchen, her ears ringing with the sound of glass breaking and cat girls panting, grunting, and yelling in screams of pain, anguish, and terror. She spotted a kitchen knife on the counter but lost her montum when KuliKuli rolled into the room only for the other Nekomata to leap towards her without a second to waste. Their scuffle sent one of the cabinets falling over, splitting the two apart as they barely escaped in ti.

Pressing herself against the wall, Janette looked to KuliKuli as she was panting hard, looking back at her with a cautionary tell in her eyes.

"Look out!"

Despite her warning, KuliKuli found herself caught off-guard. The Nekomata had returned, leaping across the toppled cabinet and clapping KuliKuli's head between her black paws. She pulled her close, turned around and pulled her weight enough to send KuliKuli crashing through the dining table, parting it in two.

The Nekomata turned sharply, glaring at Janette and approaching her. Janette pressed her body against the wall, kicking her feet out and turning her head as she looked to her friend in vain, only to find that KuliKuli was gone.

She had slipped away and reappeared behind the Nekomata, hugging her tight and pulling them away from her friend.

Both girls were grunting and shouting, struggling to gain the upper hand. One misstep sent KuliKuli falling on her back, with the other girl following quickly to pin her down. She wasn't fast enough as KuliKuli grabbed her and threw themselves rolling over the ground, fighting for control, struggling to pin the other and be on top.

Janette made a dash toward the kitchen counter, yanking the cutting knife and gripping it with all her strength. Running back into the living room feeling her body shake uncontrollably, she held her breath.

KuliKuli grunted and moved her head side to side, snarling and hissing at the victor. Despite her best attempts, the other Nekomata had won, although their battle left the pair covered in cuts and bruises from head to toe.

The other Nekomata sat on top of her, pinning her down as she raised her claws and was only monts away from ending her life.

"No!" Janette cried out.
