I pierced my sword into the heart of the Grimm, and it disappeared into my core, where one Grimm was already waiting.
This one did not have the bloodline, nor the one who is waiting in my core. The ones with the bloodlines are rare. Of the fifteen Grimms I had killed since morning, only three had the bloodline.
Still, those three helped me a lot, increasing my strength. Now, I am capable of fighting much stronger enemies than I had in the morning.
This battle had been tough, I have fought two Grimms, both were powerful High-Primary III.
I had defeated them but at the cost of injuries. They are healing rapidly, with me using a new alchemical concoction in the healing formation. Like before, I am not using multiple healing formations. One is now enough.
Though, the cost of it is also quite great and if I had not been in my current predicament, I wouldn't have been so cavalier with it.
The vitality liquid from the necrotic tree and stainless lotuses is not easy to grow. They also had many uses, from breakthrough to cleansing. The more I have, the more they will help me in emergencies.
They take a massive amount of growth energy to grow, and I have a limited amount of it. If possible, I wanted to use them as little as possible.
I looked at the moon, which was slowly ing out of the cloud. Usually, I am in the abode by this time, but now, I am searching for enemies to kill.
It is dangerous seeing most monsters e out of the night, but it would be a bigger problem for the Grimms than for us. The monsters instinctively hate the Grimms. They will attack the Grimms first than us.
Still, the monsters are not the only dangers here. The Grimms are and they are the biggest, bigger than the monsters.
I haven't forgotten the incident. I had nearly died two hours ago.
A few minutes passed, and I deactivated the formation as my injuries have nearly healed. I also recovered quite a lot, that I could fight another battle, and now started searching for the enemies.

I did not have to wait for long before I saw sensed the energy of the Grimms. It is not only the Grimms I had sensed.
There is another energy, something familiar.
'I should get the fuck away from here,' I thought. It is Sovereign, I am sensing, and I don't want to be close to them. Earlier, I had survived against the Sovereign, but my luck wouldn't help me twice.
I begin to move away from the fight and within a few minutes, I could not even sense it.
Seeing that, I couldn't help but take a sigh of relief, but the very next second, my expression changed.
I sensed the aura of sovereigns again, and it is approaching me rapidly. I wanted to run away, but I know I wouldn't be able to run away for long, so I decided to hide.
There is no good place to hide, so I appeared beside the biggest tree and hid under its big root while melding my aura with it.
It is not great, but it is the only choice I have. If I had a few minutes more, I would have been able to do better.
Still, it is something I had to be accepted and expected. It would have been much safer if I had been hiding. There are several hiding spots that Nero had found, that couldn't be detected by even the Sovereign.
I knew the risk of hunting the Grimms and I have chosen to do it. If I died, then it would be wholly my decision.
Seconds passed and Sovereigns came; they came thunderously in the sky.
There are two Peak level Grimm Sovereigns fighting against a High Sovereign from the iras race. The Grimms were Crockmen with purple scales, while ira's race women are Reta.
I am not surprised seeing her; I have sensed her aura earlier.
Still, I couldn't help but bee surprised at seeing her. I did not think they would send her this far to search for me.
Reta is on the defensive, while the two Violet Scale Crockmen are on the offensive.
Though despite their power and teamwork. They did not seem to hold a big advantage over her. They are more powerful than her without doubt and suppressing her, but she is holding her own.
They did not seem to have discovered me or do not care about my measly presence.
They may not care about me; I care about them. I watched their battles. It is blurry and near invisible sometimes, but I could see the power of their attacks and it is shocking.
If I had not been hiding behind the thick roots. I would have needed to use my energy to protect myself from this stray energy and that would have revealed me.
They fought and slowly got moved away from me; it would take a minute for them to move from me.
It might take more if they had changed the methods.

I had just thought that when they did it, while I cursed. They begin to use even more powerful attacks and the stray energy was so powerful that even the big root couldn't help me escape from it.
The powerful lacerating energy seeped inside me through the root.

I watched the fight, wishing they would move, but even after a minute. They did not move, and my injuries kept worsening.
Another half a minute passed and when they finally moved.
Moving a few hundred meters away instantly, but this distance is nothing. There is barely any change in waves of energy ing toward me.
They fought in that place for a couple of seconds before moving again, and they moved a couple of seconds later.
This time, they e closer, assaulting me with even greater energy before moving away.
I wanted to scream at the pain, but I bore it as I watched the fight powerlessly.
I am weak. Forget fighting them, I could even defend against the stray energies they are releasing. The only thing I could do was wait and hope that they move away before it is too late.
