Dream Island.

Ah Lan sat on the newly built lookout tower by the coast, gazing at the distant port.

On the crescent-shaped dock, a Pearl Mother Ship of the rfolk was unloading cargo.

As the translucent hatch was lifted, the shimring water inside was revealed. Three rfolk were using their webbed hands to carry out crates wrapped in seaweed.

Turning his gaze towards Dock 2, a Double-horned Clan's Cloud Pine Airship was also docking, with high-altitude ice crystals still condensed on its massive airbag.

mbers of the Double-horned Clan, wearing feather cloaks, were using hooks to transfer goods from the deck onto the newly built dock platform. They seed to be in a dispute with the connected player, arguing loudly before finally seeming to compromise, shaking their heads in resignation and muttering sothing as they waved their hands.

On the dock platform, a large number of goods were piling up, and mbers of the Chamber of Comrce were busy assessing the value of the rchandise.

Pickled Sea Dragon, Moon Patterned Whale Oil, Cloud Fruit Honey Brew... Languages of dozens of races clashed on the dock. Various goods would be inspected and stored here, and alien rchants would receive a "certification slip" from players.

With the certification slip, they could proceed to the trading market in the center of Dream Island to trade.

As long as they reached a buy-sell agreent with other races, there would be designated players responsible for the connection, assisting in transferring trade goods between parties and taking profits from it.

From the initial face-to-face trade, the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce officially took steps towards the consignnt trading model.

The safety of trade was also absolutely guaranteed.

Even if the entire island were destroyed, as long as the storage stage was completed, players could ensure the absolute safety of island resources.

Recently, Dream Island had constructed two docks, but from Ah Lan's perspective, it was far from enough to support the trade scale of the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce.

Further docks were already under construction.

Dream Island did not have natural deep-water harbors. Initially, he planned to commission those Monster Stream players to help, using sacrificial power to buy "Monster Stream Excavators" to clear the reefs near the coast.

However, the quotes from several contacted players were quite high, and satisfactory prices for long-term projects were hard to co by, as players preferred to earn sacrificial power through hunting and other ans.

In the end, he chose a more cost-effective option with the Alien Race.

Currently, the construction of Docks 3, 4, and 5 had been outsourced to the Heavenly Rudder Clan, who were controlling Sea Beasts to carry out dredging, channel creation, and reef clearance underwater.

The compensation was a batch of level 3 Spirit Plant Seeds he purchased from the mall, to be delivered upon completion.

The Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce, with its established reputation, was becoming the trade center of the Bright Star Sea Area, attracting even forces from other sea areas to investigate.

However, these alien visitors might not necessarily co with intentions of trade; they might also harbor ambitions of resource plunder.

It was certain that the developnt of the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce would face challenges in the future.

This was an unavoidable event.

But once they persevered through several rounds of plunder attempts and found that the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce's resources were impregnable, those forces would eventually leave, perhaps even choosing to beco trade clients of the Chamber of Comrce.

After all, trade could truly bring desired resources to the Alien Race.

Many small clans, holding limited lands, had always faced constraints on their developntal resources.

But once they arrived at Dream Island, they could exchange their resources for weapons, Spirit Plants and Seeds, Spiritual Ore and Spiritual Crystal, various foods, and a series of other goods.

As for the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce's attitude towards all races, Ah Lan had always insisted that Chamber mbers remain neutral, forbidding any decision bias due to relationships with connected clients.

Even if conflicts arose between two client clans, leading to war, the Chamber must remain neutral.

However, trade would not stop; if the warring clans had any resources demand, the Chamber of Comrce would fulfill them to the fullest extent.

This had an additional potential benefit.

Recently, such an event occurred when two clans connected to the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce broke out in conflict.

The clans were the Jin Clan and the Red Mountain Clan.

The territories of the two clans were originally adjacent, often erupting into disputes over resources.

During the trading process at the trade center, mbers of the Red Mountain Clan found that the trade resources sold by the Jin Clan included weapons and equipnt left by their fallen clan mbers, which infuriated them. Once back in their clan, they launched a counterattack against the Jin Clan.

Eventually, it escalated into war within the Bright Star Sea Area.

The weaker Jin Clan was clearly on the losing side of this round of confrontation, having reached a significant gap with the Red Mountain Clan, who had first established a connection with the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce.

Concerned for their stored resources, the Jin Clan eventually chose to send their resources to Dream Island to be stored with the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce.

They planned to retrieve them once the conflict settled.

During this ti, the war continued.

The ultimate result was that the Jin Clan was annihilated by the Red Mountain Clan.

Now, the issue was that while the Jin Clan's resources remained stored with the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce, the owners of the resources were gone.

Facing this problem, Ah Lan's approach was to liquidate these resources, freeing up space in the movable warehouse.

If any fleeing mbers of the Jin Clan ca to claim the resources in the future, they would be compensated with mall resources.

But if no mbers of the Jin Clan ca to claim them, this portion of resources would evidently beco the property of the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce.

This was the benefit of neutrality.

His definition of neutrality for the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce was not to help neither side but, when encountering client conflicts, to assist both sides whenever resources were provided, yet never to favor either side or provide unconditional support.

This was the integrity of the Gold Coin Chamber of Comrce.
