"Illusion, I've fulfilled the agreent." His voice was soft, but carried a sense of relief.
Illusion was silent for a mont.
This silence was longer than any data delay ever experienced.
"Yes, Your Excellency Governor, all Seven Continents have been fully incorporated into the Virtual Rune Empire, and the ultimate weapon is about to be fully charged."
Kong Jie gazed into the distance.
