Countless insects forming a massive army spread densely like locusts, covering the earth as they swiftly advance towards the location of the Evil Eye Tower.
Detecting the anomaly, the Earth Thought Evil Spirit decisively retracts the rampaging Black Tide power still within the Emperor Tomb Mountain Range, using the Evil Eye Tower as the center to construct a high wall of black mist, poised and ready for the sudden onset of war.
Atop the tower, the expression of Earth Thought Evil Spirit appeared exceedingly solemn.
Under its Perception View, the main body of the Insect Warriors was composed of semi-transparent crystals, under the Evil Moon they shimred in splendid colors, and from their backs, three pairs of thin wings like cicada wings extended, covered with Energy Spiritual Patterns, their eyes like rubies, able to change color according to the environnt, through the semi-transparent shell, one could see an organ in the middle of the body pulsating like a heart, illuminating the Spiritual Patterns on the body with each contraction.
Lower limbs consisted of four thin jointed limbs, mouthparts bristling with sharp teeth and flanked by a pair of upright jaws shaped like sickles.
The movent speed of the swarm was extrely fast, with a vast number of Insect Warriors each exuding an aura of coldness and slaughter.
Upon contact with the Horror Black Tide controlled by the Earth Thought Evil Spirit, the spiritual patterns on the insects lit up, and from their mouths, they spewed stretched energy filants, slicing through Black Tide Demonic Spirits upon contact, and then rerging back into the Black Tide.
The war between the Insect Tide and the Black Tide turned white-hot upon contact.
Like two waves of different colors eting at the center line, a bloody battle unfolded.
This scene also occurred under the conscious supervision of Qi Sheng.
The Guiding, constantly observing the movents of the Evil Eye Tower, conveyed the information to him the mont it was noticed.
Through the analysis received from the Guidance, Qi Sheng obtained detailed information about the Insect Warriors:

Facing the inquiry, the thoughts of Guiding instantly shifted, drawing Qi Sheng’s mind closer to the battle scene with the Black Tide Demonic Spirits, then materializing an arm pointing towards a Crystal Winged torn into pieces, explaining:

Hearing this, Qi Sheng’s gaze swept towards the remnants of the Crystal Winged turned into pieces, then he realized the problem:
"It seems that the Black Tide can’t fully devour the flesh and blood of the Crystal Winged, only able to consu part of the body."

Ultimately, the Black Tide should grow rapidly like a rolling snowball at low loss.
However, in combat, when Black Tide Demonic Spirits kill Insect Warriors, they can only absorb part of the flesh, unable to achieve perfect devouring.

As Qi Sheng spoke, Guiding began leading his consciousness through the vast swarm, entering a new area in the north of the Emperor Tomb Mountain Range.
This area is identified in the analysis information as: Phantom Swamp.
