The Star Network indicated that, in addition to the Human Clan and the Scarlet Sky Clan on Earth, there were several tearing Space Rifts, and it was very likely that other Racial forces would arrive. The war with the Horror Black Tide had already depleted the foundation of the Moon Eclipse Clan, and continuing the war would only stall the developnt of the Moon Eclipse Clan, or even put them at risk of extinction when facing a powerful arriving force.
Therefore, the idea of monopolizing Earth carried the risk of miring the Moon Eclipse Clan in the quagmire of war.
The most correct course of action would be to unite the strengths of various races and develop together, providing an intuitive alliance template for other Alien Races that would arrive in the future.
Then, continuously absorb and accommodate new Alien Race systems to join this alliance.
This would prevent Earth from falling into endless war and allow all races to coexist in harmony and achieve win-win developnt.
Secondly, the Horror Black Tide might co again, and the Moon Eclipse Clan must be prepared to respond, with novel technologies brought by other Alien Races also providing assistance for combat forces’ construction.

As one of the first Alien Race forces to arrive on Earth, the Moon Eclipse Clan selected the vacant Moon as the base for developnt.
This action also led to them being called the Moon Eclipse Clan by the then Earth Alliance forces, aning a race that erodes the Moon.
At that ti, the Moon Eclipse Clan established a base on the Moon and, in order to carry out the plan proposed by the Star Network, extended an invitation for negotiations on the Moon to the Human Clan and the Red Fla Clan.
The goal of these negotiations was to persuade the Human Clan and the Red Fla Clan to shake hands and cease the war.
The Human Race Alliance agreed to the request of the Moon Eclipse Clan in this eting.
However, this request was rejected by the Red Fla Clan.

During this period, the Moon Eclipse Clan provided the Human Clan Federation with a large number of novel scientific and technological technologies, helping the Human Clan to advance technology and experience an explosive leap in developnt.
