The first thod was to find a Small World and address the poverty, disease, war, etc., of its beings.
The reason for choosing the Small World is that the needs of its beings are easily t.
However, the beings of the Monster World are different; their demands are impossible for the Ghostly Clan to satisfy.

The most basic demands of the Monster World’s beings would require terrifying resources to fulfill, and many goals were unachievable by the Ghostly Clan’s power.
But the beings of the Small World are different, with desires that are easily fulfilled through simple ans.
The first thod of the first plan was to provide various benefits to the Small World beings, helping to solve issues.
But nurous problematic drawbacks erged during the plan’s simulation.
Fulfilling demands is essentially a constantly climbing curve.
Once basic needs were t, the Small World’s beings would require help achieving even grander goals.
The conclusion of the simulation was that it might ultimately lead to demands the Ghostly Clan cannot satisfy, such as a being of the Small World wishing for immortality, longevity, etc.
Resource supplies would also rise exponentially during the process of fulfilling wishes.
This contradicted the original intention of the Ghostly Clan, turning them instead into providers for the beings of the lower world.
More importantly, this plan would not sustainably produce Wish Power, as at so point, the Ghostly Clan could no longer fulfill the wishes of the lower world’s beings.
Thus, after the simulation of the first plan ended, the second plan was conceived.
This plan was to create an apocalypse, then appear as a Savior.
