The physical exams were divided into male and female groups, kept far apart. Each gender was further split into two large groups to speed up the process.

This ti, it was a test for the Spiritual Gas Constitution. Compared to a regular physical exam, the various tests were quite intricate.

Aside from the usual blood tests, height, weight, and lung capacity, there were also all sorts of odd tests like heart rate monitoring, muscle density asurent, and body fat percentage analysis.

Even amidst the noisy crowd, Su Zhou could overhear conversations from the other groups all around him.

"Hey, Dr. Ren, this student’s heart rate is very fast. Do you think there’s a problem?"

A doctor, likely after checking the data, said nonchalantly, "If you were lying on an examination table and saw two big guys approaching you, ready to poke and prod you with instrunts, your heart would be racing too... Okay, son. Relax. Take a deep breath, or you’re going to give yourself a heart attack."

He could also hear so students nervously asking from the side, "Doctor, my neck’s been feeling thicker lately... Is there sothing wrong with my thyroid?"

"...Well, you’re just a bit overweight. It’s fat deposits. Nothing to worry about. Just lose so weight."

Then there was an excited voice, "Doctor! Doctor! The area around my pineal gland has had this dull ache recently, and it even feels hot to the touch... Am I about to Awaken a Superpower?"

After a brief but thorough examination, the doctor declared, "You’re running a low-grade fever. Go over there and have Dr. Zhuu give you so dicine."

The student sounded as if he’d suffered a major blow. After a mont, he said, unwilling to give up, "But doctor, I still think I’ve Awakened a Superpower..."

The doctor’s reply was firm. "Let’s get that fever down first. If you really have Awakened a Superpower, there’s no rush."

On another side, there was even so advanced-looking machinery. Many students just had to stand inside, and a ring of light would scan them from top to bottom, recording their weight, body asurents, and everything. It could even detect the condition of their skin and whether their hair was dry.

’So many different kinds of tests.’

From what he overheard, Su Zhou got a general idea of the tests involved: overall physical condition, vision, height, weight, allergies, blood work, body fat percentage, Spiritual Power reaction, and so on.

Although the tests were nurous, the equipnt was so advanced—and likely augnted with a bit of Magic—that even the most tedious procedures were simplified, allowing for rapid results.

Soon, it was his turn.

"Your... your eyes..."

Starting with the vision test, Su Zhou caused a commotion. Even the attending physician was taken aback—he had taken off his contact lenses, revealing his vertical pupils in public for the first ti. For a mont, the physician under his gaze felt an involuntary shudder of danger, as if he were being sized up by a prival predator.

’Is this so kind of bloodline Awakening?!’

Of course, the feeling of danger was fleeting, as Su Zhou showed no hint of hostility. That shudder was quickly suppressed. As for his unusual eyes, Su Zhou felt there was no longer any need to hide them. He couldn’t wear contacts for the rest of his life, after all.

"Violet-blue. They’re beautiful."

The Physician conducting the test seed to have seen such unusual eyes before, so he wasn’t overly surprised. Instead, he smiled and gestured for Su Zhou to look at the distant eye chart. "Last ti I was at the hospital, I saw another Awakener much like you. A young girl with deep purple eyes. She thought she had so kind of eye disease and kept asking if she was going blind... In the end, not only did she not go blind, but she was able to throw away her -7.00 diopter glasses. Her vision beca better than normal—far, far better."

He seed to think Su Zhou was worried about his unusual condition and was trying to reassure him.

But how could Su Zhou possibly be worried? He let out a laugh and began the test. The results, however, shocked the physician even more than the vertical pupils had.

"You can still clearly make out the changes in ant-sized characters from over three hundred ters away?"

"Perfect vision at any distance, and his dynamic visual acuity is incredible... Maximum tracking speed... We can’t even test his limits here."

"You say you have night vision, too? I’ll make a note of it. We might have to test you for that separately later..."

When the test was over, the stunned physician knew full well that the camp’s facilities couldn’t possibly determine the true limits of Su Zhou’s vision. He pondered for a few seconds before writing "A-Plus" on the result sheet. "I’ll just give you the highest possible score for now... Your eyesight is even more ridiculous than that girl’s. You’re a human telescope, in high-def."

Next, the height and weight station also caused its own small stir. Su Zhou’s height was normal and his physique was perfect. The doctor on duty even smiled and asked if Su Zhou worked out often, noting that his physique—with a body fat percentage of around ten percent and exceptionally solid, well-defined muscles—was not sothing an ordinary person could get through casual training.

But when Su Zhou stepped onto the testing device, the doctor blinked, thinking he’d misread the numbers. "Wait, one hundred and thirty-two kilograms?! One hundred and thirty-two?!"

"Are you one of those guys who looks skinny in clothes? This is insane!"

The stunned doctor looked up, his eyes darting from Su Zhou’s perfectly lean body—not an ounce of spare fat on him—back to the number on the scale. He couldn’t help but swallow. "This is... a characteristic of a Physical Talent... high-density muscles..."

Unsurprisingly, Su Zhou once again received an A-Plus. He got a perfect score because the scale only went up to A-Plus; others who received the sa grade had rely t the minimum requirent for it.
