I found myself at my favorite water park.
When I was Clara Hensley, I always ca to this place whenever I was stressed.
Staring at the little children sliding down the water slide and splashing into the pools, combined with their innocent, sweet laughter, that always brought a smile to my face.
But too bad that the water park was yet to be opened for the day.
The only view I was currently watching quietly was staring at the unmoving pool and the rest of the play slides that led directly to each of its assigned pools.
’Don’t bla yourself, Clara. It’s not your fault that your parents didn’t believe you’. Elektra tried to comfort , making smile.
"I am okay, Elektra. Besides, I am not blaming myself. Honestly, why should I bla myself?". I replied to her.
She sighed before asking , ’’If you are okay, then can you tell what you are doing here? Didn’t you only visit this place whenever you are stressed out or sad about sothing?’.
I chuckled. "Alright, you caught , Elektra. Of course, I am a little sad that my parents didn’t recognize or believe any of my words. But I am really alright, Elektra. I feel even more relieved that they didn’t believe that I was truly Clara, their daughter".
’Huh? Why is that?’. Elektra sounded confused as she asked .
I sighed, before replying to her, saying, "I am not certain, but I have this strong feeling that sothing ominous is going to happen in the future, and it will involve . I am relieved that my parents didn’t believe because staying away from soone like with many secrets and even hidden secrets was the best option. If I get involved with them while in this body, I am afraid that sothing bad is going to happen, or soone evil might use them against ".

But I wouldn’t lie. Her words were kind of comforting.
I stood there staring at the neat pools for a while, before I cleaned the drop of tear that escaped from my eye. Suddenly, my face turned cold as I muttered, "It’s ti to return to our pack, Elektra. We must find elder Penelope".
’What about Luca? What about the bracelets?’.
"No need for that. No matter what, I am going to protect Anders from that bastard". I declared and disappeared into the hotel room.
Upon arriving there in the living room, I could sense the two familiar presences that I had sensed previously before I left the hotel room.
"Alpha Anastasia".
"What are they still doing out here, beta Damien?". I asked him, and he ca to my side.
"They stubbornly refused to leave". He replied to , and added, "How did it go?".
I knew what he was asking about, so I replied to him, "It didn’t go well. They didn’t believe ".
My face was void of emotion when I looked into his eyes and concluded, "It’s for the best, beta Damien".
He nodded at .
"Co on, everyone. Stay close to . We are returning to the shadows’ pack my way". I announced, and Irving was the first person who ran to and held my hand.
As Fireball tried to grab my other hand, Irving grabbed the hand in protest. "You can hold my own hand. No one else should hold my mama’s hand". She said with a frown and a smug look on her face.
"She is my mama too, Irving! Why can you hold both hands, but I can’t?". Fireball quarreled with her and began to drag my hand with her.
I shook my head in disbelief because of how immature they were. Seriously, what did I even expect from them? Although they were in mature human forms, did I forget that it hadn’t been that long since they hatched from their shells?
Many seconds passed and Fireball and Irving stopped quarreling and arguing with each other.
In the end, both of them held my hands.
"Are you guys done with your drama?". I asked them, and Irving proudly nodded at .
If I rember correctly, I told them to stay close to but never said anything about them holding my hands.
I needed to snap my fingers for us to be able to disappear. Well, since my hands weren’t free, I had to make use of my mind, which was much harder than using my hands.
Within 3 seconds, we made it back to the shadows’ pack.
Outside the border, to be exact.
At first, the border looked normal. But taking a closer look, I saw a little blood stain on a particular part of the ground.
It was a mixed color of blood.
’The blood must belong to the hybrid creatures and the wild beasts’. I assud.
We made our way inside the border, where we saw the warriors. They were training. They were training very hard, and I could feel and hear rage within their deep voices and groans.
I understood their anger.
They must have been pissed off because of what had happened to elder Penelope.
Maybe they sensed and Beta Damien’s presence, because all of them turned to at the sa ti. "Alpha Anastasia!". They greeted and bowed.
As they lifted their heads, they greeted Beta Damien too.
Seeing my warriors like this, I gritted my teeth. I hated seeing them like this, and that made lose my temper.
"To hell with training in our pack’s city for one month. I am not going to do that anymore. Rather, I will train for real on the battlefield, or in the wild forest, slaughtering those bastards as my training!". I declared and was damn serious about it.
With black shadow on the loose causing damage, I can’t step aside for a mont. It was better I joined the war now than regret it later! It was ti I beca more serious.
"Alpha Anastasia!". The warriors knelt on one knee as they paid their respects to .
"I will be right back. I will bring elder Penelope back". I said to them.
"I am going to co with you". Beta Damien said.
"No. Stay here with the warriors, Beta Damien. You too, Anders". I replied to him.
"What about and Irving?". Fireball asked .
"Both of you should co with . Don’t you want to train yourselves and beco stronger? Let’s go and kick so bastards’ butts while we search for elder Penelope".
Fireball and Irving grinned as I said that to them.
I saw Fireball already cracking the bones in his neck and his hands.
There was this fire burning in his eyes. I could see it clearly.
