It was the next day,
Delta Madeline’s pov,
I sighed in defeat with my hands on my waist.
Of course, I had taken control of Darcy’s and my body.
Ever since Alpha Anastasia ordered Darcy to recruit new talented werewolves to beco warriors, we have been doing that since yesterday we arrived.
Darcy and I found a total of nineteen talented werewolves. But out of the nineteen young talented werewolves, only five of them agreed to be recruited to train and officially join the warriors.
"Seriously, what is wrong with the werewolves of the shadows’ pack, Darcy? Why are they not willing to beco warriors and defend our pack? Why must they be cowards?". I asked her.
’I know, right? If the warriors, Gamma Clark and Beta Damien, had not defended our pack when we were attacked by those hybrid creatures at the border, our pack would have been invaded by the hybrid creatures. Assuming that happened, let us see how those cowards would defend themselves. Hmph! So annoying!’. Darcy answered and scoffed.
"You are right, Darcy. They are annoying". I said to her, before I grabbed the clothes I hadn’t worn from my bed and entered my bathroom.
I needed to take a shower and change out of my outfit from yesterday.
It took only a few minutes and I finished bathing and ca out of the bathroom wearing black-colored jean trousers with a plain red T-shirt.
I tied my platinum blonde hair into a loose ssy bun before I bent down and looked under my bed, bringing out a pair of white sneakers.
After wearing the shoes, I said with a smile on my face, "It’s ti to head out, Darcy".
I took my cell phone from my bed and left my bedroom.
Upon stepping out of my small ho, I locked the door and waited in front of my house.
My back was resting on the wall with my leg across the other and my head lowered to the ground.
According to the agreent, the five werewolves who had agreed to be recruited would et with in front of my house at exactly 8am.
Then, I will take them to the training field and introduce them to Beta Damien.
Checking the ti on my cell phone, I saw that it was 8:02am.
"Why have they not co? Don’t tell they have changed their minds, Madeline?’. Darcy asked .
"They will co, Darcy. We should be patient". I said to her and instantly lifted my head as I sensed so familiar presences and sounds of footsteps.
’They are here, Darcy’. I mind - linked her and put my cell phone inside my jean trouser’s pocket.
In less than five seconds, five werewolves who were in their human forms, stood in front of my house, in front of , causing a smile to appear on my face.
Although I wasn’t able to recruit many werewolves on my first try, it was sothing. At least I didn’t fail entirely in completing the order Alpha Anastasia had tasked Darcy and I with.
The werewolves are three young n and two young ladies. When I inquired about their ages yesterday, I discovered that all five of them were in their mid-twenties, just like our Alpha. Unlike , who is in my late twenties.
I am twenty-nine years old.
Among the two ladies, one of them was wearing reading glasses and was holding a black notebook which she hugged to her chest.
Her na is Astrid.
She may look like a nerd, but don’t underestimate her fighting skills. I tested her fighting skills myself yesterday, and I can tell that she has great potential.
Also, she’s a crazy fan of our Alpha.
Yesterday, the second I ntioned Alpha Anastasia to her, she instantly agreed to be recruited and promised to practice hard in order to join the warriors.
She didn’t even give it a thought like the others did.
I stopped resting my back on the wall and walked down the five stairs to stand in front of the five werewolves whose nas were August, Sebastian, Oliver, Kiara and Astrid.
Out of the three young n, Sebastian was the tallest and the most handso.
And out of the two girls, Kiara was the tallest. She was slimr than Astrid and her appearance was very stunning.
While Astrid was very cute, like a little bunny.
"Let’s go to the training field. Five of you have to register and be officially recognized as soon to be warriors". I said to them and they nodded at .
We shifted into our wolf forms and headed to the training field.
Upon arriving at the training field, I saw a lot of changes that I had never expected to see.
There were a lot of treadmills, spin bikes, skipping ropes, climbing ropes that were attached to the very tall tree that was planted on the opposite side of the training field.
The surprise didn’t end there. A total of twenty werewolves, who were in their different wolf forms, were inside the sparring stage. They were sparring with Alpha Anastasia, who was also in her wolf form.
And with the way things were going, Alpha Anastasia was surely kicking their butts.
Beta Damien stood outside the fighting stage with his hands behind his back as he watched our Alpha deal with our soon-to-be warriors, who were supposed to officially beco warriors by now, because it had been two months ago since they registered and began training.
I went and stood outside the fighting stage, almost next to Beta Damien, but a few feet away from him.
August, Sebastian, Oliver, Kiara and Astrid followed . They stood next to , and we shifted into our human forms.
"Is that all you guys got after training for two months and a few days?! Are you sure you are giving your all in this fight?! Are you trying to tell that you would remain weak if Beta Damien was stuck at the border and can’t train you guys personally?!".
"Why are you guys slacking off?! Your fighting skills are pathetic! Are you trying to tell that all of you are relying on Beta Damien?!"
"By now, all of you are supposed to be officially warriors and going to the border to fight alongside the other warriors! Tell , is it because you are very mature that you are weak?! Tell , if I join the battlefield, do I need werewolves like you fighting beside to kill those hybrid bastards and those wild beasts?!".
Alpha Anastasia was brutally beating the heck out of the werewolves as she scolded them harshly.
I swallowed the invisible lump in my throat as I thought, ’Did our Alpha wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?! I think that is the case!’.
When I looked at August, Sebastian, Oliver and Kiara, I saw their mouths were opened in disbelief.
Even their eyes were wide open in shock, and their faces had beco pale.
As for Astrid, I saw her smiling, and her eyes were sparkling.
She dropped the notebook she was hugging against her chest, and with her hands joined together, she was jumping in happiness as she muttered excitedly, "Our Alpha is so so so aweso".
’Yeah. She’s insane. She’s indeed a crazy fan of our Alpha. I wasn’t wrong about that at all’. I thought without doubt.
