Xiao Ye didn’t answer and was already walking out of the room.
“Xiao Ye, stop right there! Answer !” Lu Wanwan shouted in a hoarse voice, choking up, “How is he?”
The door closed.
Lu Wanwan’s eyes were red as she held her head.
How could this happen, why did it happen?

Lu Wanwan got out of bed and saw the clothes Xiao Ye had prepared at the bedside.
She changed her clothes and went to the balcony to check before heading out.
As soon as she reached the balcony, she froze.
Her room was on the second floor, bathed in bright sunlight on a white balcony adorned with vibrant flowers.
Outside, it was surrounded by an endless sea!
It was an island surrounded by water, with the sea in the distance rging nearly seamlessly with the azure sky.
How was she going to escape from a place like this?
She couldn’t even see a dock anywhere within her view.
Not a single boat!
No wonder Xiao Ye said this was a place she couldn’t escape from, nor could Gu Annan find her.
After a night and a day, he finally brought her here; the actual location might be far, far away from Manchester.

“Where exactly is this place?” Lu Wanwan just ca downstairs, grabbing a maid’s arm as she stood on the stairs, “Can’t you understand English?”
The maid was speaking sothing she didn’t understand, desperately trying to explain.
To her, it sounded like gibberish; she couldn’t comprehend it at all.
“English, English! I don’t believe you can’t speak English!!”
Lu Wanwan wouldn’t let go, but the louder she got, the more timidly the maid backed away, as if she was about to be killed.
Finally, she released the maid in frustration, turning away in defeat.
Xiao Ye sat at the dining table, legs crossed, with the open-style dining area filled with golden sunlight.
“You don’t need to waste your energy.” He held a knife and fork in his hand, looking up, “They only speak Portuguese.”
Lu Wanwan glared at him with hatred.
“I know you speak English, French, so the people here will never utter a language you can understand,” Xiao Ye pointed to the seat in front of him, “If you want to starve yourself, I won’t stop you. If you don’t want to know what happened to Gu Annan in the end, then keep not eating. When you’re too weak to move, I’ll have soone throw you into the sea to feed the fish. Maybe you’ll et in hell.”
“Dream on!” Lu Wanwan responded coldly, sitting down in the seat.
She definitely couldn’t die; only by living could she hope to escape from here, back to Manchester.
And her two dear ones, she had to return quickly to let them know she was okay!
By the ti she finished eating, Xiao Ye had already left the dining room.
The maid ca over to tidy up, and even though she knew the maid couldn’t understand her language, she still pointed to her clothes, gesturing to ask if they had helped her change into them.
