Her voice faded away, and Bai Lingyun gazed leisurely into the distance, “Assistant Zhao.”
Zhao Chen had been planning to slip away in the confusion but was suddenly called out.

Zhao Chen helplessly replied, “Sorry, Miss Kiyohara insisted on bringing here to catch an adulterer, but it seems there was no affair after all.”
“Oh?” Bai Lingyun sipped his coffee with a devilish smile, “Are you so sure there’s nothing going on between and the lady behind the rockery?”
Zhao Chen broke out in a cold sweat.
“Joking,” Bai Lingyun said with a mischievous smile, raising his finger, “Go back and give my regards to young Master Gu, we’ll catch up when I’m back in the country.”
Lu Wanwan saw Zhao Chen leaving and gingerly climbed down from behind the rockery, clutching her cara as she ran away.
