Gu Ziyou followed him all the way to the office, watching him sit in the leather chair to make a call and discuss so business matters.
Then he relaxed, undoing a few buttons at the top of his shirt.
Looking up and seeing her still standing a few ters away, her eyes staring at him peculiarly.
"Co here."
Gu Ziyou walked over, hesitantly saying, "Shen Lingfeng, did you an what you said earlier?"
Hearing her doubt and suspicion again, he felt that familiar irritation rising.
He quickly pulled the girl by his desk over and kissed her abruptly.
Gu Ziyou sat on his lap, her body wedged between him and the desk.
The large hand at her waist pulling her closer, the deepening kiss almost made her mind go blank from lack of air.
After so ti, he finally released her a little.
"You never asked ." She clung to Shen Lingfeng’s neck, limply resting against him.
Anyway, no one dared to enter his office, so Gu Ziyou had no reservations.
"Ask what?" The man chuckled coldly, lifting her head with his hand, "Ask you? If I consider your feelings, you’d probably start doubting whether I’m not firm enough in my approach."
Gu Ziyou was rendered speechless by his reasoning.
Her fault?
"By the end of the year? Isn’t that a bit rushed?" She blinked her eyes.
"Rushed?"

His thin lips gently traced her face, their breaths mingling in the air.
She felt weak all over, hanging onto him with just her arms.

Shen Lingfeng held the back of her head, not letting go, slowly tasting along her neck.
She felt like every inch of her skin was on fire, her breath becoming more rapid.
"Shen Lingfeng..."
"Don’t speak." The man’s voice was excessively hoarse.
Gu Ziyou slowly opened a sliver of her eyes, eting his serious expression.
"Didn’t you owe sothing earlier?" Her soft voice took the opportunity to ask, "Before you took my resignation letter, what did I say?"
Shen Lingfeng paused, his lips resting against her jaw, suddenly smiling.
She felt like her heart was about to jump out of her throat.
He actually smiled.
Though this smile carried a particularly dangerous feeling.
But she was really nervous.
"Smiling? Not angry anymore?" Gu Ziyou’s bright eyes stared at him unblinkingly.
"How do you want to say it?"
The deep, husky voice, each word tinged with allure.
He was almost touching her neck, each word causing his lips to lightly brush against it.
"You... you can just say it..."
Suddenly, she was lifted into the air.
He held her up entirely.
"What are you going to do?"
Shen Lingfeng carried her toward the lounge, speaking as he went, "Haven’t you napped today?"
"...Apparently, yes."
"I’ll join you today."
The office lounge was not unfamiliar to Gu Ziyou.
Ever since her workplace moved here, she had been resting here almost every noon.
But Shen Lingfeng wasn’t the sa.
Most of the ti, he continued working, and on the rare occasions she held onto him, she’d find him gone after waking up.
