"Mr. Yue!"
The maid was about to follow him, at least to tell Mr. Yue in advance about the situation in the room.
Suddenly, the two bodyguards who had followed after Mr. Yue stepped in front of her, their faces dark and cold. "Sorry, you need to leave now."
"But..."
"Mr. Yue’s orders. No one is allowed upstairs."
Without giving her a chance to argue, the bodyguards forcibly escorted the maid out and cleared out everyone else who was still in the villa.
Yue Siqing quickly went upstairs and twisted the doorknob open. He didn’t even glance at the bed and went straight into the bathroom.
His face looked terrifyingly grim, every sharp line of his features drawn taut.
Only an abnormal flush stained his face.

Thinking of the way that woman had looked when he left—so debauched she’d lost all reason—his expression grew even darker.
The cold water from the shower beat down on him, but the red in his face didn’t fade in the slightest; instead, it deepened.

Gu Anjin had woken up the mont she heard the door open, but by the ti she sat up, she realized Yue Siqing hadn’t even turned on the bedroom lights and had gone straight into the bathroom.
She thought it strange, because the way his footsteps sounded wasn’t right.
Too hurried, and once he went in, the shower ca on too fast.
In such a short ti, he couldn’t even have taken his clothes off, could he?
Gu Anjin got out of bed, rubbed her eyes, and walked toward the light from the bathroom.
What on earth had happened? She had never seen him like this.
He hadn’t even told her to leave right away.
If he’d unexpectedly co back tonight and told her to leave, she would have obediently left at once.
"Brother Siqing, you..." When Gu Anjin pushed open the bathroom door, she froze in shock, then hurriedly ran forward. "Brother Siqing, what’s wrong with you?"
She saw that Yue Siqing was standing under the shower with his clothes still on, and it looked like he’d turned on the cold water.
His body was trembling abnormally, his ragged breathing strange as well; she had no idea what was happening.
"The water’s so cold..."
When the water splashed onto her, it really was icy cold.
As Gu Anjin turned off the water, she also tried to pull him away from it.
He’d get sick if this kept up!
But the mont her hand touched his arm, a powerful force slamd her hard against the wall.
The icy tiles pressed against her entire back, and Gu Anjin’s arms were wrenched behind her in a swift lock.
His hand pinned her, leaving her with no strength at all.
She opened her mouth to speak, but before she could get a word out, a domineering mouth crashed down on hers, brutally prying her teeth apart.
Gu Anjin’s eyes flew wide; she couldn’t believe what Yue Siqing was doing to her.
But beneath his soaked, freezing clothes, the heat radiating from his body was utterly abnormal.
He’d lost control.
"Brother Siqing..." When she finally managed to free her mouth, Gu Anjin clutched at the fabric at his side. "What on earth is wrong with you?"
With a ripping sound, her silk nightgown was torn wide open.
Gu Anjin let out a broken cry. "No, it hurts—"
She squeezed her eyes shut, her fingers digging into his arm, nails sinking deep into his flesh.
