“That’s not an option either.” She pressed her hand against her chest, anxious the loosened dress might fall, and t his gaze directly, “I can’t change with you here, I’d rather not change at all.”
“You’d rather not go as well?” he asked with an apathetic lift of his eyebrow.
“I’d rather not go!”
“…” Gu Annan watched her resolute deanor and couldn’t comprehend this woman at all.
She would work hard to please him, delivering results for that ager salary, yet she refused to directly ask him for money.
She claid to value her job highly, willing to go to great lengths for it, yet she got hung up over such a trivial matter, willing to forego the event.
After a mont of locked gazes, Lu Wanwan this ti was especially adamant, showing no sign of yielding.
