“Everything that needed to be seen has already been seen, what’s the use of taking it away now?”
She didn’t stop him, leaning further into the sofa, and pulled a throw pillow into her arms.
“Did you delete my photos?” she asked, looking up.
Gu Annan just glanced at her and didn’t speak.
“Did you delete those judgnts and comnts as well?” she asked deliberately, “Are people not allowed to have freedom of speech anymore?”
His eyes darkened.
“You know, once sothing’s on the internet, all sorts of things are said, I’m aware of that.”
Gu Annan’s lips thinned for a mont, “Should the Gu Family’s Young Madam be subjected to random judgnts and comnts? Do you want to restore all that was deleted and let you have your fill again?”
Lu Wanwan was montarily stunned. She of course minded, and internally, she greatly appreciated the deletions.
But she rely wanted to show him that she was sowhat strong inside, and that he shouldn’t be upset.
Who knew that would upset him.
Yet, thinking about it, his reaction was normal, after all, this wasn’t just about her anymore; it truly concerned the reputation of the Gu Family.
“That’s not what I ant,” she corrected herself, “I’m not saying you were wrong to delete them, just that so people are like that, so don’t be upset when you see it.”
He handed her phone back to her, his previously stern expression changing slightly.
Telling him not to get angry, this woman really was carefree.
Seeing that he hadn’t spoken, Lu Wanwan threw aside the pillow and imdiately stood up.
“Go change your clothes.”
She was confused, “Change clothes for what?”
“Dinner!” he said, checking the ti to remind her.
Lu Wanwan of course knew it was ti for dinner, but why change clothes for it, were they going out?
“Am I not… supposed to go out?”
Gu Annan dismissively said, “Do you think Lu Jingtian would really dare sue you? Go change your clothes.”
Withdrawing the lawsuit was a certainty, but Lu Jingtian’s ambiguous attitude about this matter afterward wasn’t right.
But on reflection, the reason was simple, nothing but an attempt to affect Lu Wanwan’s image in the eyes of shareholders and upper managent, clearly planning on holding onto Jin’an.
Lu Wanwan hadn’t expected to be able to go out again within just one day, heading to a pre-reserved restaurant not far from the Gu Corporation building with Gu Annan.
Feeling sowhat skeptical, she tried asking, “Did you have plans this afternoon?”
Gu Annan raised an eyebrow, not following her thoughts.
“I’m just asking since I’m free to move, can I go out?”
His gaze lingered on her thoughtful face, considering whether to cancel his plans for the afternoon.
“I just checked with Xu Yuan, she’s free this afternoon. I was thinking of having her co over, but now…”
Before she could finish, she felt a sudden chill.
Looking at Gu Annan again, she noticed his deep eyes bearing an unhappy glance at her.
What did she say wrong?
If Gu Annan needed to go to the office and didn’t have ti, she was alone anyway, couldn’t she go out?
Just as she was puzzled, Gu Annan took a phone call.
He casually responded a few tis before hanging up, looking rather stern, “Co with to a place later.”

“What is this place?” She looked out the window, growing more curious by the minute.
This place definitely wasn’t one of Gu Annan’s properties, there had to be sothing else going on.
