Gu Annan’s voice was cool, and at this mont the term “Mrs. Gu” seed a bit intentional.
Lu Wanwan couldn’t be bothered to correct him, “I’m going to find Song Ning.”
“Song Ning?” He was slightly surprised.
“Yes.” She leaned against the car, opened the window a bit, and let the wind blow in.

“She’s my cousin’s girlfriend, and, Youyou was sick before, she especially ca to the United States, so it’s only natural for to thank her,” Lu Wanwan said nonchalantly.
“Sick?” Gu Annan raised his eyebrows, “Why haven’t you ntioned it before?”
She turned her head, looked at him, and said, “It’s already better.”
Seeing his stern expression, Lu Wanwan thought for a mont, leaned closer, and said, “It’s not that you didn’t need to know, but since she’s better now, your knowing won’t help. If you want to care for her, there will be many opportunities in the future.”
Gu Annan lowered his head, looked into those bright black eyes, swiftly pulled her closer, and asked, “Opportunities? Opportunities to call ‘Uncle Gu’?”
“I’ll go back and explain to her, but it’s hard to clarify it to a child.” She sighed, “But, I promise she won’t call you ‘Uncle Gu’ anymore, okay?”
He was dazzled by those eyes and the obedient person in his arms who didn’t resist, suddenly feeling dry-mouthed.
“Yes.” he mumbled in agreent, quickly pulled her close, and lowered his head to kiss her lips.
The person in his arms seed stunned for a mont, she didn’t cooperate this ti, and quickly turned her face away.
“I’m a bit tired, I need to rest.” Lu Wanwan turned her gaze away and closed her eyes in his arms.
Gu Annan frowned slightly, a trace of deep light fleeting across his eyes.
Lu Wanwan actually fell asleep in his arms.
When she woke up, her face was against his chest, feeling slightly feverish.
She didn’t know when the car had stopped, she imdiately lifted her head and collided with his deep gaze.
Stunned for a mont, she then rembered to say, “The car has stopped, why didn’t you wake ?”
“You were sleeping soundly,” he released his hands, “Let’s get out of the car.”
Lu Wanwan nodded, turned around, opened the car door, and then realized they were not parked at the entrance of the apartnt complex.
In front of her was a serene lake, with lights glowing from the shore all the way to the center.
Huxin Island housed a dining establishnt with a glass house structure, from afar the candles inside reflected beautifully on the water.
“Where is this?”
Gu Annan got out of the car, held her hand, and walked towards the bridge leading to Huxin Island, “Of course it’s a place to eat.”
“Is this the restaurant Zhao Chen ntioned, the one that’s really hard to book?” She turned her head and saw his face’s contours deeply defined in the dim light.
So many questions.” He didn’t bother to explain further, and led her inside.
When they entered, no waiter asked anything and directly led them in.
Inside the restaurant, the sound of a violin flowed lodiously, elegant and classical.
“Mr. Gu, shall we serve the al now?”
Gu Annan nodded.
Lu Wanwan, knowing it was all his arrangent, pretended to ask, “There’s no nu, how do you know if I’ll like what they serve?”
“You’ll have to like it even if you don’t,” he replied.
She rested her head in her hand, finding his answer unsatisfactory.
But Gu Annan knew her tastes, so she wasn’t worried at all.
