“Young Master Gu.” The person who ca was called Mu Bei, a twenty-five or six-year-old with a handso appearance and a calm deanor. “The thing you wanted is ready.”
Gu Annan moved with a lazy, relaxed gait, but his cold expression ford a sharp contrast with it.
He glanced lightly at the small package on the table, picked it up, and asked, “Where is the person?”
“The servants have all been sent away. Mr. Gu Fangming is alone in his room, while Xue Ru is in Miss Yunsi’s room. They probably won’t co out at this ti,” Mu Bei replied. “All the surveillance caras are off at this mont. It depends on how you wish to use them, Young Master Gu.”
Gu Annan’s lips curled into a faint smile. “Clear the kitchen, leaving only the porridge, and put the drug in.”
Mu Bei looked up.
“Anyone who can’t sleep tonight will definitely be hungry. Gu Yunsi’s habit is to not hold back when she’s hungry at night; she never denies herself,” Gu Annan said, handing the packet back to Mu Bei. “At this hour, there won’t be anyone else. When she calls for a servant, give her the porridge.”
“No problem.” Mu Bei was only surprised for a mont.
