After finishing the call, Bai Lingyun stood up, "By the way, if you have sothing to do, you can go first. I’m almost fully recovered now, and I’ll have soone send a car to pick up later."
"Are you sure you don’t want to rest for a couple more days?" Mu Xing listened to his call earlier; it seed like he was deliberately leaving early.
Could it be that he decided to leave suddenly because she had an ergency?
Seeing Bai Lingyun’s face still looking sowhat listless, Mu Xing took a deep breath, "Why don’t you change your flight and move it to the evening? I’ll make another call to my big brother."
"It’s too much trouble, no need."
Mu Xing pondered, "It’s not much trouble. If there was an ergency, my big brother would have called to urge long ago."
Bai Lingyun lifted his eyes slightly, "Then I’ll bother you."
"It’s no bother, I hit you with my car, compensation is necessary." Mu Xing answered earnestly.
But suddenly, it was a bit strange. What direct relation is there between her leaving and Bai Lingyun leaving?
He’s already recovered from the fever. Staying in the hospital for a couple more days doesn’t necessarily require soone to take care of him, right?

Mu Xing stood up and saw the person at the door was MG’s president, Jiu Rong.
She hadn’t t this person face to face before, but she knew him when she was investigating Bai Lingyun.
Bai Lingyun was an artist from his company, and at the sa ti, he was Bai Lingyun’s friend.
"This is..." Jiu Rong’s eyes lit up. Wasn’t this the girl he wanted for the last ti he wanted her to shoot that movie, asked the director to contact her, and ended up inexplicably putting the director in the hospital?

"Because this little sister doesn’t like your high exposure?" Jiu Rong guessed wildly, "You’re perfectly fine staying in the hospital, is it because of her?"
Bai Lingyun responded lazily, "It’s just that staying in the hospital alone is too boring, and coincidentally I haven’t felt like acting these past days."

Jiu Rong snorted coldly, "I just want to say, don’t be too unfair to this little girl. Why should soone accompany you in the hospital just because you’re bored?"
"Mu Xing hit with her car. If it weren’t for that, she’d have left long ago." Bai Lingyun laughed casually, "You don’t need to overthink it."
Jiu Rong rolled his eyes speechlessly, thinking that visiting a sick person was useless; he seed to be doing fine.
He chit-chatted a few sentences casually and rushed to leave. After visiting Old Madam Gu, he planned to return to Manchester.
Bai Lingyun quietly looked at the lunchbox placed on the table, with a barely audible mockery.
She never understood his thoughts; perhaps it’s a good thing.
Initially hiding emotions deep down, it was probably known in the heart that it was nothing but futile.
Because at any ti, anywhere, he never saw a smile beside that man in her eyes.
