"Nicholas, is there sothing important? Do you need any help? Why did you leave before the press conference was over?" Hannah Hargrave’s voice ca through. Nicholas Croft rubbed his temples and said casually, "It’s nothing, I’m just a bit tired, so I ca back to rest."
Hannah knew well that it wasn’t that simple. If it was just fatigue, he wouldn’t have left such an important press conference midway.
But since Nicholas said so, she didn’t press further and just said politely, "Oh, rest well then, I won’t disturb you."
As she was about to hang up, next to Nicholas, Sophie Foster drowsily heard him on the phone, and cuddled closer, murmuring restlessly, "Uncle..."
"Be good, sleep."
Nicholas kissed Sophie on the forehead and tossed the phone aside.
In the conference hall, Hannah’s grip tightened around her phone, her expression turning unsightly. If she heard correctly, there was a woman’s voice beside Nicholas, calling him Uncle...

"Miss Hargrave, aren’t you leaving yet?" After all the reporters had been seen off and the work inside was finished, seeing Hannah still standing there, Assistant Tang ca over and asked politely. Hannah ca back to her senses and smiled, saying, "I’m leaving now." With that, she walked towards the door with Assistant Tang.
"Assistant Tang, did Nicholas... start dating?" Hannah probed. Assistant Tang had seen Sophie Foster a few tis when sending files to Nicholas’s ho; however, since their CEO hadn’t announced having a girlfriend, as his assistant, he wouldn’t say much.
With a smile, he said, "Actually, I’m not quite sure about that."
"Assistant Tang, you must be joking. You’re Nicholas’s assistant, working with him every day, yet you don’t know if he has a girlfriend?" Hannah continued to smile, speaking as if they were just having a casual chat.
Thinking that perhaps their CEO kept it private to protect his woman, Assistant Tang smiled and said, "Though I’m the CEO’s assistant, it’s only on work matters, not his personal life."
Not getting any information from Assistant Tang, Hannah was a bit disappointed, but she quietly reassured herself that maybe she had misheard earlier, or perhaps Nicholas was just casually with a woman for his needs—after all, a man in his thirties would have normal physiological needs.
Hannah was only twenty-five, yet her approach and work ability were like that of a veteran. She appeared intelligent, gracious, and easygoing on the surface, but as a top producer who had launched many stars to fa, how could she be soone trivial?
Parting ways with Assistant Tang in front of the hotel, Hannah calculated in her mind as she drove away.
As the two companies collaborated on filming, they inevitably had to discuss so details together. Occasionally, when the two went to the set together, they would be photographed by so dia, which then started to speculate fancifully.
