Talking about his youngest daughter, Henry Hargrave’s face was full of pride. It was well worth the money to send her abroad for training, and she has just returned and already created such a big impact.
Leaning back in the armchair, he said with a smile, "There’s no hurry. For now, let’s help Beatrice release a few albums, and later we can arrange for her to play a supporting role alongside Rockguy."
Nicholas Croft nodded, "Alright then, if Mr. Hargrave doesn’t mind, I can have Alexander Zimrman from our company spare so ti to compose a few songs for your daughter."
Alexander Zimrman is a well-known musician under Nicholas Croft’s company banner. Known as a musical prodigy with an eccentric personality, it’s said that many major personalities have asked him for songs, but were rejected. Yet now, Nicholas Croft is even allowing him to write songs for his daughter!
"Nicholas, then I won’t hold back. I’ll thank you on behalf of Beatrice."
"Mr. Hargrave, you’re too polite," Nicholas Croft humbly smiled and then stood up, "Well, I must take leave now."
"Take care," Henry Hargrave moved slightly in his armchair, pretending to rise to see him off, but was stopped with a gesture from Nicholas Croft, "Mr. Hargrave, no need for formality, I will contact Alexander Zimrman as soon as I get back to the company."
"Alright, alright, thank you for your trouble."
"No problem," Nicholas Croft smiled slightly and nodded, then walked out with large strides.
In the office, Henry Hargrave leaned back in the armchair, his crossed hands in front unconsciously fiddling with each other, showing an undisguisable expression of delight on his face. With the musical prodigy helping to write songs, it seems it’s going to be hard for his daughter not to beco famous!
Outside the company’s main entrance, Nicholas Croft walked out and happened to run into Hannah Hargrave.
"Nicholas, when did you co by? I was just about to call you."
"Is sothing the matter?" Compared to Hannah Hargrave’s enthusiasm, Nicholas Croft’s deanor was indifferent, standing on the stairs in a neatly cut slate-gray suit that outlined his robust fra clearly.
The suit jacket was open, and even through the white shirt, the outline of his strong chest muscles was vaguely visible. Hannah Hargrave had just stepped onto the stairs, and from this angle, her gaze was level with Nicholas Croft’s chest.
Seeing that obvious outline, Hannah Hargrave lowered her head and tucked her long hair behind her ear to hide her blush, "I want to go with you to the film festival in a few days."
"Alright," Nicholas Croft nodded then took long strides towards his parking spot.
Hannah Hargrave still stood there, turned her head to look at Nicholas Croft’s back, and it’s not an exaggeration to describe this man as possessing an impressive presence; mature, composed, gentlemanly... he embodies all won’s fantasies about n.
In the evening, Nicholas Croft called Henry Hargrave, saying that the musical prodigy Alexander Zimrman wanted to et Beatrice Hargrave in person to determine what kind of music style suited her. Upon hearing that the musical prodigy wanted to et her, Henry Hargrave imdiately sent his daughter over to et him.
A nightclub in T City, in a private room, Nicholas Croft and Nathan Moore each sat on a sofa, with Nicholas Croft in a black suit, tieless but still formally dressed even though it wasn’t a business eting.
And Nathan Moore, rarely dressed casually, in dark trousers, with the shirt collar open, exposing a small portion of a strong chest.
The two n, one elegantly cross-legged, with a handso face slightly cold, the other lazily leaning against the sofa, exuding an air of ease.
Equally outstanding n, the way they gently swirled the red wine glasses in their hands was so graceful it was hard to look away.
"Nathan, for a mont could you help see if she really is Sophie," Nicholas Croft brought the wine glass to his lips, his eyes involuntarily squinting as he sipped.
