In the end, Evander drove Sophia ho and told her that he had asked for leave for her. If she wasn’t feeling well, she should take a few more days to rest. When they reached her building downstairs, Sophia glared fiercely at Evander, showing no intention of gratitude.
Seeing Sophia get out of the car, Evander followed suit.
"What do you want?" Sophia asked, sounding guarded. Evander smiled as if it was only natural, "Going up with you to et the mother-in-law."
"Shaless!" Sophia spat viciously, "Don’t go up! Who’s your mother-in-law!"
Evander knew himself that things were progressing too fast, he had to give her so ti to adjust, sighed and said, "Alright, I won’t go up, I’ll just watch you go in."
"Humph!" Sophia gave him another glare before turning to walk into the building entrance.
Standing downstairs, Evander looked up at Sophia’s floor before getting back into the driver’s seat and driving away.
Today was a good start, although he was a bit assertive, he didn’t regret it one bit. Since he was moved, he should act imdiately, a lesson learned from his brothers over the years.
He didn’t want to be like them, missing the opportunity in front of them and regretting it afterward.
After driving a certain distance, he suddenly rembered sothing, put on the Bluetooth and called his mother, "Mom, I have a girlfriend now, I’ll bring her ho this weekend..."

In the entertainnt industry, one can’t avoid all kinds of celebrations.
Another television festival, held in Capital City.
Nicholas, worried Sophie might be bored at ho alone, brought her along to fly to Capital City to attend.
Whether intentionally or coincidentally, Hannah appeared at the airport before boarding.
Seeing the man standing in the waiting hall, in a dark blue coat, Sophie wrapped in a thick cotton jacket, clung to Nicholas like her na suggests.
"Nicholas, what a coincidence." Hannah approached proactively to greet, with a male and female assistant in tow.
Nicholas nodded lightly in acknowledgnt.
Since bringing Sophie back after getting the certificate, he hadn’t gone to the Hargrave Family again; he had heard about Henry Hargrave’s illness, but only sent an assistant to visit, without going himself.
"Sophie, why not talk to your sister?" Hannah, undeterred by Nicholas’s coldness, turned to the Sophie clinging to Nicholas, smiling as if nothing unpleasant had happened before.
Sophie, nestled against Nicholas, glanced at her and snorted, not responding. Her attitude seed too much for the two assistants following Hannah, yet Hannah still smiled and tried to make conversation.
Her beautiful eyes looked at Sophie’s bulging belly and feigned surprise, "Wow, you’re showing already, almost due, right?"
"Next spring."
Nicholas casually replied, since they were in the sa field, he couldn’t completely disregard courtesy.
Hannah looked at Nicholas with a face full of surprise and asked, "Boy or girl, didn’t Evander tell you?"
Facing Hannah’s fake deanor, Sophie was about to retort ’don’t know!’ when Nicholas lowered his eyes, his large hand gently stroking her chin, ntioning his baby softened the lines of his handso face.
Hannah saw Nicholas’s reaction, her finger tightened unnoticed, her lips maintaining a delighted smile.
Just heard Nicholas say, "Evander said it’s a girl, as cute as Lara."
