Titus Zane withdrew her hand, the seashell in her fair palm looked even more dazzling, her slim finger gently fiddling with it, "Look how beautiful it is, shimring like a diamond."
"Do you like diamonds?" Nathan Moore’s hands were in the pockets of his casual pants, the cotton-linen fabric fluttering backward in the sea breeze, just like the cascading waves in Titus’s hair.
With the sea breeze dancing, it was a very aesthetic and pleasing scene.
"It’s okay," Titus continued toying with the seashell in her palm, "it’s just a bit troubleso to wear."
Nathan Moore’s brow furrowed, when she had returned from abroad, she used to appear dripping in jewels and branded wares, but now she found them troubleso.
He reached out, taking one of Titus’s hands in an instant, and before she realized it, a silver ring was already on her ring finger.
"Troubleso or not, you have to wear it, and you’re not allowed to take it off!" A domineering and assertive voice fell, as Titus stared in surprise, covering her lips while the seashell in her palm also dropped onto the sandy beach.
"Nathan Moore, this is..." Glancing at the tal ring on her ring finger, Titus then looked towards Nathan Moore, who gave a slight cough and awkwardly turned his head to the side, looking unnatural.
"Nathan Moore, what does this an?" Titus presented her hand once again in front of Nathan Moore, who couldn’t keep pretending not to see. He covered her hand and lowered it, then intertwined his fingers with hers, "A ring. I wasn’t there when the Priest blessed it, so I’m making up for it now."
Looking at Nathan Moore’s uncomfortable deanor, Titus smiled happily, "Is this a marriage proposal?"
The man scowled haughtily, "Propose what marriage, we’re already an old married couple, no need for those impractical charades."
"Nathan Moore, your ears are red..." like discovering a new continent, Titus covered her mouth, a look of surprise on her face.
"You little thing, dare to laugh at !" His grip on her wrist tightened as Nathan Moore pulled her into his embrace, and then her lips felt the pain of a bite from the awkward man.
In the gaze they t, the haughty man said, "Titus Zane, rember, you’re a married woman now, from now on, no flirting outside!"
Titus Zane felt wronged, "I didn’t do any of that?"
"Didn’t you?" Nathan Moore chuckled coldly, "First, you brought a foreigner back and lived with him for a night, then you went off to Banyan City to seduce that pretty boy,"
Speaking of this, Nathan Moore clenched Titus’s jaw, grinding his teeth, "Tell , how many n have you fooled these years? Confess so I can prepare, lest their claims catch unaware and I don’t know how much to compensate."
Titus pouted, speaking timidly, "They were all overseas." Only Colt Thornton and Wesley Foley were within the country.
"You!" Nathan Moore sighed, "Of all professions, why choose to do wrong!" As a businessman, he hated the profession of corporate espionage.
"I was forced into it by you all." Titus muttered under her breath, displeased.
"What did you say?" Nathan Moore narrowed his eyes threateningly.
It’s a common fault, when people are spoiled and doted on, they forget the fear they had before.
Titus huffed, accusing loudly, "Had you been willing to help with the dical expenses back then, why would I have gone overseas!"
If she hadn’t gone overseas, then she wouldn’t have t Madam Hua, and naturally, she wouldn’t have entered this line of work.
When bringing up the past, Nathan Moore still felt a twinge of fear; had the roses in the garden not caught her fall, he might have never seen her again.
