Although he kept telling himself this, Titus Zane plunged into Abigail Zimrman’s arms once again.
The doctor helped him put on a sterile suit, and Xiao Li also got changed, as Titus Zane’s condition required soone to accompany him.
Titus Zane kept telling himself to be strong, but his legs felt numb, and he needed support even to walk into the ergency room.
In the ergency room, several doctors stood in front of the surgical table, with Nathan Moore lying on it, his handso pale face utterly devoid of color.
"Nathan..." Titus Zane murmured, and before he could make it to the surgical table, he already stretched out his hand, the two doctors stepped aside, and Xiao Li supported him to co forward.
Titus Zane’s trembling hand touched Nathan Moore’s face, gently caressing it, tears streaming down his face as he talked to himself, "Nathan, are you tired? Have you not rested well these days? As he said this, Titus Zane’s lips curled into a smile, but seeing Nathan Moore still lying on the surgical table unresponsive, his emotions beca agitated, and his hands started shaking Nathan Moore’s body.
"Nathan Moore! Get up! You agreed! You said you’d make it up to for the rest of your life! Get up! You can’t go back on your word! Nathan Moore! Get up!"
By the end, Titus Zane, agitated, climbed onto the surgical table, attempting to lift Nathan Moore.
"Miss, you’re too agitated. Mr. Moore is still in ergency care," Xiao Li pulled Titus Zane back, and one of the dics, also visibly agitated, said, "Doctor Zhao, the patient’s heartbeat is accelerating."
"Let check!" The doctor turned and looked at the heart monitor, the lines that had just been stable were now sharply fluctuating.
"Commander Li, let her keep talking to the patient!"
The doctor could not hide his excitent either. Xiao Li let go of Titus Zane, who once again collapsed in front of the surgical table.
His hand again landed on Nathan Moore’s face, Titus Zane pouted and wept inconsolably.
