In the coffee shop, the waiter brought over two cups of coffee and couldn’t help but glance at lody a few more tis. Generally, people who dressed like this outside were celebrities, but lody had just entered the business. Although she’s acted in several supporting roles, none of them have been released yet.
Seeing that lody was still fully equipped, Oliver was quite helpless, "Can’t you take off your mask and sunglasses?"
With an irritated glare at Oliver, lody reluctantly took off her mask and sunglasses. Honestly, wearing them wasn’t very comfortable, it felt like looking through cloudy skies.
Oliver slowly sipped his coffee. After being hungry all afternoon, a bit of coffee helped relieve it slightly. lody stirred her coffee absentmindedly with a steel spoon, her gaze fixed on the direction of the departure lounge.
The assistant just called, saying that the child was causing a fuss and cried, not wanting mom to leave. lody’s heart softened, so she simply gave her a holiday, telling her to stay ho and celebrate the New Year before heading back to the set.
Thinking about boarding the plane and being alone later, lody also felt a bit lonely.
She stared idly outside and saw soone holding a phone in her direction. Instinctively, lody quickly pushed Oliver’s head down and then gave a friendly smile towards the doorway.
That sudden action took Oliver by surprise. He was drinking coffee when lody suddenly pressed his head down, causing half a cup of coffee to spill on him, and he even choked a bit.
After coughing a few tis, Oliver looked helplessly at lody, "lody, what are you doing?"
"Didn’t you see? There was a paparazzo sneak! Shooting!"
Oliver let out a frustrated sigh and turned to look, but lody pulled his head back again, "Co back, don’t show your face!"
Throwing the napkin onto the table, Oliver was getting annoyed, "I’m telling you, stop being paranoid. Your TV drama hasn’t even passed the review yet; who would recognize you? Stop wasting your energy!"
Retrieving her hand, lody picked up her coffee cup, mumbled discontentedly before sipping, "Don’t look down on . When I’m famous, don’t ask for my autograph!"
"Beyond help," Oliver sighed helplessly, grabbing tissues to keep wiping the coffee off his cashre coat.
After the earlier incident, as they left the coffee shop, lody refused to let Oliver follow her no matter what. She instructed him to keep a certain distance from her, saying she was afraid of being photographed by reporters and causing rumors. Reluctantly, Oliver had no choice but to keep his distance from her.
