Claire Sullivan tightened her grip on the wheelchair, then looked down at Serena, her eyes becoming red.
Before, she never believed what Serena said.
Said Zoe Quinn conspired with Ruth Hale to slander her for plagiarism;
Said Joel Quinn had Zoe stand guard at the door while he assaulted her in the room, and now, all these incidents are truly smacking her in the face.
If not for her, how would Serena have left Solaria, gotten into a car accident, and beco paralyzed?

Serena didn’t know what Claire was thinking at the mont, she spoke out.

Claire Sullivan regretted or not, no one could return to the past! The suffering she endured couldn’t be wiped away.
She did so much just to prevent Claire from ultimately being drained by Joel Quinn without knowing.
As for whether she hated Claire, it held no significant aning to her now.
A group of people in the Sullivan Corporation hall entered the elevator to the top floor eting room.
Carter Lockwood had soone tie up the disobedient Sean Lockwood and quickly stuffed him into the trunk, instructing his n to transport Sean back to the Lockwood Family.
If he ran out again to find Zoe Quinn, then whatever!
Actually, he was eager for Sean Lockwood to stick to Zoe Quinn every day; eventually marrying her into the Lockwood Family wouldn’t be a problem.
Today he was here to support Anna and Serena and deliberately stirred up trouble, igniting Sean’s rebelliousness, facilitating him and Zoe Quinn.
After his car was driven away, Carter Lockwood turned around and entered another vehicle.
The car door opened, inside the spacious compartnt, Ethan Grant, wearing a mask, was watching a video.
The video showed the Sullivan Corporation eting room.
Not accompanying Serena, how could Ethan Grant feel at ease?
He had already arranged for surveillance in the Sullivan Corporation eting room.
"Well done!"
Upon entering, Ethan Grant patted Carter Lockwood’s shoulder.
Carter Lockwood glared at Ethan Grant; he went in to reprimand Sean Lockwood and Zoe Quinn, not for him.
He thought, given his age, if he didn’t secure Anna soon, he’d truly beco a lonely bachelor.
"Keep up the good work next ti."
Seeing Carter Lockwood’s reluctance, Ethan Grant added, "Anna Morgan will surely be grateful to you."
Hearing this, Carter Lockwood rembered when in the Sullivan Corporation’s hall, he had people drag Sean Lockwood away, Anna Morgan indeed looked at him with a smile.
Apparently, Ethan Grant was right; won need protecting.
"Hmm."
Thus, he responded to Ethan Grant.
Ethan Grant’s smile grew deeper; having found soone else to protect Serena, and the free Carter Lockwood at that.
"What’s up with your face?"
Carter Lockwood took out a cigarette, lit it, then asked Ethan Grant.
Ethan Grant wouldn’t tell Carter Lockwood he got pricked by a rose thorn, nor would he divulge that buying too many flowers for a girl isn’t a good thing.
"Mosquito bite."
He simply explained and then changed the subject to watch the Sullivan Corporation shareholder eting surveillance with Carter Lockwood.
