"Serena, go get your legs treated."
She thought that giving Serena the Sullivan Corporation, giving Serena money, Serena could use that money to find the best doctor to treat her legs.
She didn’t know that, no matter how much money, the chances of Serena surviving were minimal, and Serena had already given up on that slight chance.

She said lightly, as Anna pushed her to the side.

She didn’t agree at the ti because she didn’t know if she could truly forgive.

Claire Sullivan stood up from the ground, with tears in her eyes as she watched Serena moving further away.
"Serena!"
She called out again with tears.
Serena didn’t turn around, nor did she respond.
Claire Sullivan stood there, letting her tears blur her vision, Serena really doesn’t want her anymore, from now on, she will be all alone.
Claire Sullivan thought back to many years ago, when she happily showed the pregnancy report to that man.

The man who claid to love her didn’t believe her, he decided she was a vicious woman, sentenced her to death with a single statent, and expelled her from the Imperial Capital.
And from that mont on, her hatred and pain never left her heart.
Serena hadn’t reached the car when Ethan Grant ca down to greet her.
This car was also modified, enabling Serena to be pushed directly into it.
Anna followed them inside and saw Carter Lockwood sitting inside.
"Second brother didn’t leave?"
Serena greeted Carter Lockwood first.
Carter Lockwood pressed his lips together, trying to give Serena a smile, but unfortunately, he was naturally expressionless; he was very handso when he didn’t smile, but very awkward when he did.
"I have nothing to do here, why don’t you send Anna back first."
Serena seized the opportunity to matchmake Anna with Carter Lockwood.
She found Carter Lockwood increasingly better compared to Sean Lockwood.

Once Serena got in the car, she looked at Carter Lockwood.
"Okay," Carter Lockwood responded as he got out of the car, leading Anna along.
"Second uncle, I still want to go to Willow Yarrow for dinner," Anna didn’t want to leave; she hasn’t seen what Ethan Grant’s face looks like under the mask!
