"You can’t make the call!"
Serena Sullivan’s phone didn’t get through, and Ruth Hale, who was being pinned down, shouted harshly. She used all her strength to lift her body, and Claire Sullivan, receiving Serena’s look, released Ruth.
As soon as Ruth was released, she stood up and staggered toward Claire Sullivan.
"You can’t make the call, and you can’t just go for a DNA test!"
"Claire Sullivan, did you hear !"
Ruth shouted excitedly. Claire, afraid of hitting Ruth, stepped aside, and as Ruth charged with fury, she slapped her swiftly.
This slap was quick and fierce, leaving Ruth stunned. She raised her hand to cover her cheek, and upon seeing her hand stained with blood, her face turned pale with shock.
"Claire Sullivan."
Ruth’s eyes turned red. She savagely swung at Claire Sullivan.
Unable to hit Serena, she ferociously clawed at Claire Sullivan’s face.
Claire was not as weak as imagined; she beca fierce and wasn’t afraid to fight even with soone as notorious as the Tucker character, let alone Ruth.
Moreover, Yaya was nearby, ready to help whenever she saw Claire losing the upper hand.
Serena calmly sat in her wheelchair, sipping her water.
Exhausted from the fight, Ruth wheezed as she looked at the relatively unruffled Claire Sullivan angrily, "Claire Sullivan, you’ll get your couppance!"
Claire Sullivan bullying her this way! Bullying Zoe, there would definitely be consequences!
"Zoe Quinn is your daughter, isn’t she?"
Before Ruth’s breathing could fully steady, Serena asked in a calm voice.
"No! She’s not!"
Ruth shook her head repeatedly, "I treat Zoe kindly to win over Joel."
"Yes, yes, I like Joel Quinn, so I’m kind to Zoe."
"Moreover, Zoe is kind-hearted and gentle; she’s the best girl I’ve ever t."
Ruth’s answer already made Claire Sullivan and Serena suspicious.
Claire Sullivan never thought that the daughter she raised for so many years was actually the biological daughter of a close friend.
This relationship needed sorting out!

It was Ruth who told her soone from her hotown needed a job and asked if The Sullivan Corporation had any suitable openings.
Security or driver positions would be fine!
She asked Ruth to take him to the HR departnt for reporting so they could arrange sothing.
Not long after, her original driver retired due to old age, and Joel Quinn beca her driver.
She paid no attention to these matters and never connected them until she learned Ruth was Zoe Quinn’s biological mother, only then understanding she had been inadvertently playing along in their sche!
"She is indeed your daughter!"
Claire Sullivan confidently ridiculed.
She was being toyed with by this family of three, and it had gone on for years.
"I told you, she’s not!" Ruth beca agitated, she couldn’t acknowledge Zoe Quinn now.
Joel Quinn was thinking of returning to The Sullivan Residence, and if he couldn’t, he needed to gain the greatest benefits from Claire Sullivan. If she admitted her connection to Zoe Quinn, it would surely be disadvantageous for Joel to get a share of the inheritance.
And Zoe was about to marry Sean Lockwood; Mrs. Lockwood already didn’t like her, if she had a mother like Ruth, the Lockwood Family wouldn’t agree even more.
However, denying it was already futile!
"A DNA test will reveal the truth."
"It won’t matter whether you admit it or not." Serena smirked coldly, her lips curling lightly as she spoke softly.
