The final voice was furious to the extre, it was shouted out.

After ending the call, Mr. Sterling’s steps slowed as he continued towards the villa.
Mr. Sterling’s father liked this place, so a smooth path was built from the sea to the villa, surrounded by lush greenery, birds singing and flowers fragrant, it’s a good place for recuperation.
Not long after Mr. Sterling arrived at the villa, the doctor ca over.
After examining Serena’s body, the doctor’s expression turned grim. He took a glance at the smiling Serena on the bed and led Mr. Sterling outside.
The doctor’s diagnosis was identical to what Serena had said.
Her condition is very serious.
"Is there still a chance?"
Mr. Sterling asked, and if listened carefully, his tone carried a slight tremble.
"There is, but..."
The doctor wanted to say that his skills were limited, and they needed the top expert in the field.
"Having a chance is enough," Mr. Sterling didn’t want to hear any more of the doctor’s trifling words, "Go and arrange the surgery."
"Mr. Sterling." The doctor pondered but decided to speak frankly upfront.
"I cannot perform the surgery; Mr. Monroe is needed."
"I will contact The Monroe Family."
Mr. Sterling promptly agreed.
The doctor was stunned for a mont, Mr. Monroe is notoriously hard to deal with, even The Sterling Family couldn’t easily persuade him if he didn’t want to save soone.
Yet Mr. Sterling agreed without hesitation, which could be attributed to The Sterling Family’s power or the high status this girl holds in Mr. Sterling’s heart.
He had served The Sterling Family for many years, and the youngest generation in the family includes only Felicity among the daughters, while the others in the family are all young masters.
Could she be a distant relative?
Even if she were a relative, it wouldn’t warrant Mr. Sterling’s personal effort in seeking Mr. Monroe’s assistance.
"Mr. Sterling."
The doctor suppressed his doubts and continued, "This young lady’s condition is very special and severe. Even with Mr. Monroe performing the surgery, the chance of success is very slim."

The chance of not waking up is too high, leading so patients, knowing such an outco, to choose to give up.

The Sterling Family is wealthy enough to sustain a person in a vegetative state, that’s a different discussion, but a person surviving solely reliant on a ventilator without protection faces a dire future nonetheless.
