Mrs. Sterling was too strict with her, demanding in all aspects from a young age, planning out her future path, even if she disliked it or was unwilling.
Mr. Sterling? He was quite the opposite of Mrs. Sterling, indulging her, fulfilling her various demands.
In this comparison, Felicity preferred Mr. Sterling.

There was another aning hidden in this sentence, Serena Sullivan smiled with pursed lips.

Felicity laid her cards on the table, looking at Serena, she continued, "My mom told ."
She had known about Serena’s relationship with the Sterling Family for a long ti.
Upon finding out, she started paying attention to Serena, secretly competing with her.
The uncomfortable part was that she had seen Serena as a rival for so many years; Serena only recently knew of her existence.

Felicity said, her gaze fell on Serena’s legs.

Serena suddenly thought of this question.

Serena knew Felicity had sothing else to discuss with her, but she didn’t know what.
When Felicity spoke out, Serena was taken aback.

Serena hadn’t expected Felicity approached her because of Ethan Grant.
Felicity liked Ethan Grant so much!
"You need to tell him personally."
She wasn’t Ethan Grant, couldn’t accept Felicity’s confession on his behalf.
Besides, giving up her man wasn’t Serena’s style.

The following statent made Serena’s smile widen as she chuckled, looking at Felicity, asking, "Miss Sterling, isn’t it ridiculous?"
"Give"?
Can love be given!
"I can’t give him."
Serena replied with a smile, "Besides, even if I gave him, he might not like you!"
Love, when forced too much, is not a good thing; it must be mutual.
"Fine!"
Felicity knew Serena would answer this way, she responded with one word.
Serena sensed sothing unusual in her casual tone, "Are you planning to steal?"
If not given, then stealing!
"Miss Sullivan." Felicity sat upright, then spoke again, "If you are willing to break up with Ethan Grant, I’ll persuade my father to let you return to the Sterling Family!"
This sentence was even more laughable to Serena.
"Miss Sterling, no need to provoke ."
Felicity deliberately used the words "my father," bringing up what Serena couldn’t have.
Serena could see through this thought at a glance.
Felicity is scheming, but not deep enough.
"I’ve already returned to the Sterling Family."
Serena said clearly, her voice turning cold.
"My parents treat very well."
She softened her voice, her lips curving, "As for your father..."
