When Serena said this, her eyes reddened. She turned back, gazing at the box door.
Ethan Grant picked up on her off-kilter emotions. As she turned, he followed and now gently placed his hand on Serena’s shoulder.

Watching Wyatt chase after Serena, Ethan closed the box door. He returned to his seat, not imdiately saying what he wanted but first filling the glasses for himself and Mr. Sterling.
With the glasses full, Ethan raised his glass toward Mr. Sterling.
"Mr. Sterling, I toast to you!"
Mr. Sterling glanced down at the red wine on the table, slowly raising his glass for a sip.
"I love Serena."
Ethan sat down, saying with a smile.
After speaking, he turned to look at Mr. Sterling beside him, emphasizing, "I really love Serena."
"The first ti I saw her, my heart raced, my mind was foggy, and I had only one thought, she’s my wife!"
"I pursued her with all my might."
"Serena is hard to win over!"
"I’m not sure how, but I managed to win her over. After that, I doubled my efforts to treat her well, not letting anyone bully her."
Recalling the past, Ethan’s smile grew wider.
"Perhaps I loved her too much and couldn’t bear her not loving back."
