Serena Sullivan looked speechlessly at Mr. Sterling, who was smiling at her.
After the fight was nearly over, the hotel’s staff ca in to break it up.
The hotel belonged to The Sterling Corporation, and with Mr. Sterling and Wyatt Sterling present, they didn’t imdiately step forward to resolve the situation.
Ethan Grant grew tired from the fight, he coldly stared at Wayne Jennings lying on the ground, barely conscious, and kicked him again.
He turned around and looked at Serena, who was sitting in a wheelchair behind him, then walked quickly towards her.
"Serena!"
Serena saw his hand was injured, and there were bloodstains on his face and clothes. She softened her voice, "Let’s go back."
"Hospital first!"
Mr. Sterling took over the conversation. He didn’t stand up until Ethan and Wyatt approached.
"No need..." Serena just refused, but Ethan said, "We need to go to the hospital first."
Serena thought Ethan was injured sowhere, so she gave her silent consent.
"I’ll go get the car."
Wyatt, who was following behind, said. Just now, Serena had fallen out of the wheelchair, and it wasn’t clear if she was hurt sowhere, so a check-up was needed.
The four of them got into a car and arrived at the hospital. As soon as they reached the hospital, many doctors were waiting at the door, which made Serena feel strange.
It was just a fight, at most, Ethan and Wyatt had superficial injuries.
"Arrange for a female doctor, start with a surface check."
Mr. Sterling said calmly to the hospital staff.
Serena realized that going to the hospital wasn’t for Ethan and Wyatt’s wound care, but to have her checked.
"I’m fine." Serena refused. It was late at night, she wanted to go ho and rest, and there were many unfinished tasks at hand, she couldn’t waste ti in the hospital.
"Where should she be taken? I’ll push her over there."
Not giving Serena a chance to refuse, Ethan asked the doctor.
"Serena, don’t worry, we’re here with you." Wyatt comforted her, patting her shoulder.
Serena was speechless. She was really okay, but now these three n were united in protecting her, ignoring her objections.
Serena was sent in for an examination while the three n stayed outside, showing no intention of leaving.
Seeing Serena get into trouble right under their eyes, everyone felt uneasy.
Earlier today, Serena had almost been hit by Wayne Jennings’ car, and the thought of it still frightened her.

For years, Mr. Sterling had prevented Serena from returning to the Imperial Capital out of fear that the Kane Family would make a move.
"Dad!"
Wyatt looked at his constantly ringing phone and called out.
"It’s mom on the line."
Wyatt said, earlier Mr. Sterling’s phone was ringing too, but he had hung up.
Wyatt didn’t want to answer. Ever since Mrs. Sterling suggested marrying Serena to Wayne Jennings, he felt an unprecedented disgust towards her.
Even though he knows that’s his mother,
dislike is still dislike.
"Don’t worry about it!"
Mr. Sterling said calmly. Mrs. Sterling called both him and Wyatt repeatedly, surely to inquire about Wayne’s situation.
"What’s done is done."
Besides, it was Ethan who fought Wayne.
"Mr. Sterling, Young Master Sterling, please go back, I can take care of Serena here."
Ethan said calmly to them.
Although the two n were Serena’s family, n would be n, and Ethan still felt jealous.
"Let’s wait until Serena cos out."
Mr. Sterling refused. For so many years, he hadn’t fulfilled his duties as a father.
Now that he’s trying to make up for it, it’s late.

Since it was a full examination, and with Mr. Sterling personally present, the doctors were very thorough with the check-up.
Serena stayed inside for a long ti before being wheeled out by the doctors.
The data from the surface examinations were ready, but so results would still take a while.
