The Dowager Kane stepped forward and frowned at the unconscious, bloodied waitress lying on the ground.

"Simon Sterling, take her to the hospital."

The Dowager Kane’s intention was to let things slide!
"Madam." Mr. Sterling turned to look at the Dowager Kane and said flatly, "I’m afraid that’s not possible!"

Mr. Sterling nodded and then gave the order to have the girl on the ground taken to the hospital.
The Dowager Kane blocked Mr. Sterling’s path, "Simon, what do you an by this?"
"You’ve already called the police."

Finished speaking, the Dowager Kane coldly surveyed the surrounding guests, "This girl ran into the wall herself, ended up like this—what does that have to do with our Wayne!"
"Don’t you all agree!"
Her words carried an underlying threat to the guests present.
In the past, guests might have turned a blind eye.

Following this guest’s direction, The Kane Family looked outside and discovered reporters with caras and others with phones, streaming live.

Seeing the phone streaming not far away, the Dowager Kane felt faint and staggered back two steps.

Wayne Jennings stood up, trying to rush over to grab the journalist’s phone and smash it, but before he made it halfway, he was pinned to the ground by hotel security.

Simon Sterling had planned ahead by calling the police and arranging for reporters to broadcast live.

Having said that, Mr. Sterling turned and walked away.
The sound of police sirens outside the hotel grew louder as Mr. Sterling walked to a less crowded area, glanced at the confused Dowager Kane among the crowd, and smirked coldly.
He truly feared today that the Kane Family wouldn’t show up!
As he anticipated, the Dowager Kane brought Wayne Jennings along, and then fell into the trap!
