In an instant, Serena Sullivan thought of many things, and when she heard the flustered words from Young Master Walsh, she was stunned.
So things were already evident, but so people didn’t take them seriously and didn’t prepare for them.
Serena hung up the phone and looked up at Simon Sterling.
Simon instantly recognized that the call was related to him.
"Felicity Sterling is in trouble!"
Serena looked back at Simon and stated clearly.
Young Master Walsh had called the Sterling Family, but his words were not trustworthy, and as it involved The Ford Family, the butler wanted to wait for Simon to return before reporting.
Young Master Walsh couldn’t wait, so he got Serena’s number from Ethan Grant.
"What happened to her?"
Wyatt Sterling asked first.
Serena continued to look at Simon and said, "Things might be quite serious!"
"Young Master Kane is dead!"
Upon hearing this, Simon understood the implications.
The Sterling Family knew very well what Wayne Jennings was like.
He was used to playing with easy won and was more interested in the challenging ones.
Felicity was not bad, mingling in front of Wayne Jennings every day, as long as the other mbers of The Ford Family turned a blind eye, he would definitely make a move.
"You better go have a look."
Serena responded calmly, "Wayne Jennings tried to ss with her, and she accidentally killed him."
"Dad."
Wyatt stood up, "Don’t go."
Wyatt said disapprovingly, not knowing why he disliked June Kane and Felicity.
June almost got Serena killed, and thinking about it, he hated, regardless of whether she was his biological mother.
And Felicity!
He simply didn’t like her!
Serena almost died because of June, yet Felicity could co and plead, saying Serena was fine and happy.
If it weren’t for Grandpa saving her in ti, there wouldn’t be Serena now.
"She didn’t listen to your advice earlier, insisted on returning to The Ford Family, and now that sothing has happened, she must take full responsibility."
Felicity ca to find Simon regarding June’s matter.
Simon didn’t see her but answered her call.
On the phone, Simon clearly advised Felicity to leave The Ford Family.
Felicity didn’t listen and placed all hope of saving June on The Ford Family. It was predictable that Wayne Jennings would target her.
"With Wayne Jennings dead, The Ford Family won’t spare her just because she’s June’s daughter."
"She’s acting in self-defense; if you intervene, nothing will happen. But if you don’t, she’s done for."
Serena didn’t stop Simon from going over, nor did she prevent him from not going.
A person decides what to do; they already have a choice in their mind.
However, Serena had said everything she needed to say.
"I’ll go over and take a look first."
Simon replied while looking at Serena.
He looked at Wyatt, who was displeased, and softened his voice, "Take Serena to Deepwood."
"Dad!"
Wyatt ca out and called in dissatisfaction, as Simon rose and patted his shoulder before saying he would go first.
Before leaving, he glanced at Serena, who was lowering her head to eat her al.
Wyatt turned to look at the silent Serena and softened his voice to comfort her, "Serena, don’t be sad."
"Dad is just being foolish."
Wyatt’s words made Serena laugh, "I have nothing to be sad about."
"Why do you feel so indifferent towards Felicity? She’s your sister?" Serena asked with a smile.
Wyatt only then rembered his relationship with Felicity, he hadn’t thought about it just now, only about Felicity and June being unfair to Serena.
He raised his hand and embarrassedly touched his head, unsure of how to answer.
Serena found this side of Wyatt amusing; she really liked this brother.
"He’s going to see Felicity; truly, I have nothing to be sad about; it’s perfectly normal."
