First Mrs. Sterling softened her voice as she looked at Serena Sullivan, "It was Felicity Sterling who brought out the evidence and proved her innocence."
She saw Felicity Sterling coming out of the police station and assud it was Simon Sterling who helped from the inside.
"Hmm."
Serena Sullivan responded.
"The Kane Family won’t release soone easily just because Mr. Sterling intervenes."
"Either there’s conclusive evidence proving her innocence, or Mr. Sterling offers The Sterling Corporation in exchange."
As Serena Sullivan spoke, she glanced at Claire Sullivan by her side.
Claire Sullivan is quite naive, living too simply, protected so well, and still doesn’t know what really happened back then!
"Yes." First Mrs. Sterling smiled, she appreciated Serena Sullivan’s intelligence, for without saying anything, Nancy saw through it imdiately.
"The Sterling Corporation shares, Simon Sterling won’t give them away again."
After painstakingly getting them back from the Kane Family, how could they be given away again?
Even if Simon Sterling wanted to protect Felicity Sterling, he’d find another way, and such a thod wouldn’t be conjured up quickly.
"Does Felicity Sterling have evidence of being assaulted by Wayne Jennings?" Serena Sullivan followed up with a question, genuinely curious about the matter.
If her guess is correct, Wayne Jennings could only enter Felicity Sterling’s room with the full cooperation of the Kane Family.
The Dowager Kane protected Wayne Jennings, believing everything he did was right.

This person, Serena Sullivan still can’t quite see through her, and because of that, she’s even more cautious.

Similar to what Serena Sullivan thought, First Mrs. Sterling said, "Yes, there’s a recording on Felicity’s phone."
"Although the video wasn’t very clear, the recording confird the truth, clearly detailing how Wayne Jennings entered her room, and how he treated her, and how, in a critical mont of danger, she killed him!"
"Even The Dowager Kane didn’t anticipate this."
"Felicity Sterling killed Wayne Jennings out of self-defense to preserve her life and innocence, which is why she was released."
After First Mrs. Sterling finished speaking, she looked at Serena Sullivan and softened her voice, "Nancy, there is only one heiress in the Sterling Family."
"It used to be Felicity, but from now on, it can only be you."
That was exactly what First Mrs. Sterling ant, and the other mbers of the Sterling Family agreed.
"Your father will take care of Felicity and won’t let her appear in front of you too much."
"Is Simon Sterling planning to send her abroad?" Claire Sullivan asked, and if that were the case, it would save a lot of trouble not to see her.
"No need." Serena Sullivan rejected the idea, "How he handles it is his business."
Moreover, Serena Sullivan sensed that Felicity Sterling would not easily leave the Imperial Capital.
"Furthermore, regarding June Kane, Simon Sterling is planning to have her ntal condition assessed by a specialist; the application for an attorney was just submitted."
"If she’s fine, proceed with trial and send her in; if she’s insane, she’ll stay where she belongs."
When First Mrs. Sterling spoke these words, there was a hint of coldness in her tone.
She truly cared for Serena Sullivan and therefore hated June Kane.
"We will all protect Nancy well." First Mrs. Sterling said to Claire Sullivan, reaching out to hold Serena’s hand.
Since First Mrs. Sterling had said that, Claire Sullivan had no objections.
The past was not kind to Serena from both Claire and the rest of the Sterling Family.
If the Sterling Family could treat Serena well in the future, she’d have more people to look out for and care for her.
"Hmm." Claire Sullivan nodded, "I hope Nancy’s surgery goes well this ti."
Claire Sullivan didn’t know the details of Serena Sullivan’s upcoming surgery, but First Mrs. Sterling had heard about it from Simon Sterling and the elder Mr. Sterling.
