Picking up the bowl, she obediently took a sip.
As she drank, Finn Chandler didn’t notice the smiles curling at the corners of Mrs. Chambers and Miss Chambers’ lips simultaneously.
Finn would never have imagined that his closest family would truly sche against his entire life for money and their own gain, planning to bind him forever within the prison of the Chambers Family.
The soup tasted rich and delicious, Finn placed the bowl on the table and said to Mrs. Chambers and Miss Chambers, "Mom, Sister, I’ll head over first."
She took a few steps forward, thinking about her situation with Julian Ford and her identity, she turned around and looked earnestly at the two of them, "Mom, I really want to beco Miss Chambers again, but don’t worry, I won’t let you live like before."
"Trust , okay?"
Finn said sincerely, eager for their support and promising to earn more in the future for their comfortable and carefree lives.
"Trust you!"
The soup was already consud by Finn, and Mrs. Chambers no longer felt like pretending. Hearing Finn ntion returning to her female identity, her voice suddenly beca sharp.
"Finn, I don’t care what you plan to do! But you must be my son and must guard this Chambers Family for ."
She spoke angrily, taking a few steps towards Finn, pulling out the photos hidden in her pocket and throwing them at Finn’s face.
"Shaless creature, will you die without a man?"
"Finn, I will not let you ss around anymore!"
Finn was stunned, not expecting that her vulnerability would lead to Mrs. Chambers’ insults. Lowering her head, she saw the photos on the ground.
They were of her and Julian Ford.
Julian’s face wasn’t captured, but in the photos, she was smiling brilliantly and looked genuinely happy.
Couldn’t they see? With Julian Ford, she was truly happy!
Finn’s heart turned cold, and she no longer pleaded with Mrs. Chambers.
She had given hope, but in return, received a sea of disappointnt, leaving her heart aching.
Finn squatted down and slowly picked up the photos from the ground.
However, just as the photos were in her hand, her vision suddenly spun, and before she could stand up, she had already collapsed to the ground.
Seeing Finn collapse like that, neither Mrs. Chambers nor Miss Chambers panicked at all.
They had been planning this sche for the past couple of days, only Finn refused to return ho.
Today, they finally laced all the dishes, including the soup, with the drug.
Once the arranged people arrived, everything would be settled.
At the hospital, Anna Morgan arrived on ti, but she couldn’t reach Finn by phone.

This sort of situation, Anna Morgan had never encountered before.
Finn wasn’t soone who would break a promise; even if sothing ca up, she would call to say so, or at the very least, send a ssage.
However, when Anna Morgan reached Serena Sullivan’s hospital room, no ssages or calls from Finn had co.
Anna Morgan saw the newly awakened Serena looking unwell. When Serena asked about Finn, Anna thought for a mont before lying, "Finn has sothing to do. She’ll co see you tomorrow."
"Okay!"
Serena didn’t suspect anything, being too tired and lacking the energy to chat much with Anna Morgan.
Seeing Serena awake made Anna Morgan happy, so she didn’t stay long and soon left the hospital.
Leaving the hospital, she took out her phone again to call Finn.
The result was the sa, Finn’s phone was still unreachable.
Anna Morgan might not be smart, but her intuition was sharp.
They had agreed to visit Serena together, Finn would never fail to co, nor would she remain completely incommunicado.
